It was okay. affordable and did not expect a 5 star hotel. was scared to see the room after reading the terrible reviews about bed bugs and mice. apon arrival we tried to check in an hour early , and it was ready! checking out the room , the tv worked , and the room was big. no bed bugs, nice , or pills laying around. their was hair in the bed. and the toliet ran all night long. ran out of towels on the first night and room service brought more the next day. we stayed on the third floor and i’m hoping that’s why i saw no mice. also there is not elevators or steps it is more like a ramp(not

Arrived 12/27, walked into room, immediately noticed room was dirty. Floor looked as if it had NOT been vacuumed. Bed spread and sheets and multiple hairs(as in a dozen or more). The sinks had water sitting on top of them, puddled water. In front the toilet on the floor had most definitely not been cleaned, the nastiness and flith just can't be described. My wife and I travel alot, we love eating across the street at Chesapeake's, however I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, STAY CLEAR!

The room was dirty. The floor had food crumbs in two different areas. I found a pill under the bottom edge of the bed frame (so if anyone has kids, be sure to always check for this). The top sheets, on both beds was dirty (found hair in both beds). The previous guest must have slept on top of the beds. House keeping DID NOT change the sheets. We have stayed at this location numerous times, it is in a great location. However, we will NOT be back.

Booked this room for a quick get away. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to our son having a close contact at school the day before. So we cancelled less than 24 hours. I understand the cancellation policy but covid can impact plans. Will definitely not book here when we replan our getaway next month. I didn't think hotels really wanted possible covid positive guests, but guess this one does.

Where are the sweet owners this hotel used to have ? New owners are unfriendly and curt. This was our fifth year staying at what used to be a fantastic hotel, unfortunately it was our last. Additionally charges on our card, filthy rooms, and apparently the "laundry" people didn't come into work to wash towels.

11/22/2021-My husband and I checked in around 4! We didn’t arrive back to our room until later on ( around 1)-we noticed mouse/mouse droppings on the floor and a small. Roach crawling on the wall. I called the front desk and the hotel
Attendant says OH MY GOD-I don’t have anymore rooms but if u want to leave I will refund you for your stay! (BTW-I got this in writing and still waiting on MY refund!) My husband and I got our luggage together and as I picked up my makeup bag, another small roach crawled on the desk! For reference, my room was 103! I would NOT recommend staying here! We drove

We had a great experience at crossroads. The room was so spacious and incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 sinks and a closet!! It was a great location. Also get a discount at The Atrium, which was next door, for breakfast and it was amazing! The only negative I can mention, and it wasn't a huge deal because there were 2 queen beds, was there needed to be more blankets. We just took the blankets from the other bed and it was fine. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is for people who are on a budget with sleeping somewhere, but want to have a fun time blowing money on things to do. You pay for what you get here. This place is well kept up for how old it is. The workers are all really nice and help with anything you need immediately. Our room wasn’t the greatest looking on the inside but it’s very spacious, really clean and pretty decent for what you pay for. Will probably come back again!

Rooms were larger than I expected. Nice sheets, pillows and beds. I love the location. It was very close to downtown but didn't feel as busy. Breakfast was very slim(2 juices, coffee, apples, granola bars and packaged pastries). Pool was a nice size for kids. I will go back.
