Probably won't choose this place to stay at again. Only did because every place else was charging twice as much because it was a holiday weekend. I rated it a two-star because the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and tried to do everything she could to help me. She put me in the first room. The room looked really nice. Updated appliances and a new code lock. However before we even got our stuff in the room, the lock started having electrical problems. The lady came down here at 10:00 at night and took the lock panel apart to fix it. And the toilet would constantly run and wouldn't fill

Old school 50s vintage Motel (all first floor rooms). Girl at the front desk was very nice. Location is convenient - you can actually get into Smoky Mountain National park without going on the main road, but also convenient enough to walk to the shops and restaurants of Gatlinburg. The lamp shades were a little busted up and it smelled a little damp, but otherwise the room seemed clean. Some simple refurbishments would make this place super cute. Overall, I’d say pretty good for the money.
