Rooms were clean, nice listening to the water flow, convenient to activities and attractions. Breakfast, could be extremely better for the price of stay, feasible if needed.

Horrible. Arrived with hotel smelling like paint because they just painted. Got told to park in their parking garage, so I did. Woke up on Christmas morning with a huge car ding/dent with paint missing on my car. No manager on staff. Was told to call the cops. Called the cops, nothing they were able/willing to do because there was no proof on any cameras. Because they don't have cameras facing the cars that they request/require to be parked in their garage. Horrible horrible experience. Asked for my money back so I could just leave and no refund can be given because it's not their fault. Never

The outside hasn't been as updated as the inside. With that out of the way the staff is wonderful and kind, the location is great, and the rooms were pretty well taken care of. We had to leave for a family emergency, and the hotel worked with us for our 2nd night refund. They have a 48hr no return policy, so heads up on that! (Most places seem to have the same rule)

I would not recommend..Room was clean and bathroom was very nice. We could not sleep cause you could hear every word being said in room next door. Crazy how loud traffic and people could be heard.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The management here is absolutely horrendous when dealing with disabled individuals with their service animals. My daughter stayed here with three other disabled individuals and were treated with disrespect at every turn. Not only are they uneducated on service dog laws, but they are completely hostile and unwilling to discuss what they're doing illegally. I absolutely would not stay here given the chance to go back and change my decision.

The room was nothing special but it was clean. I have no real complaints about the room. The problem that we had was that our neighbors were extremely loud and rowdy until after 2 AM in the morning. I contacted the front desk about it. They spoke to our neighbors who claimed that the dog barking was a service animal and the dog was reacting to an episode with the owner of the service dog. What I heard and was causing all of the ruckus was not the dog it was very loud talking laughing and throwing and dropping something in the floor repeatedly. They were opening and closing the balcony door repeatedly

Our stay for 3 nights was great. The room was terrific looking over the river each night. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. David and Denise at the desk were both terrific too. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable—no issues at all. Would recommend staying there

The room was well maintained, clean and the staff is friendly. The River out back is a nice place to chill especially if you have a balcony overlooking it. We will definitely stay here again.

I liked the hotel for the following points.
1. Room was neat and clean
2. Felt very fresh when entering room
3. Wood/Flooring made it even more fresh
4. First time I saw shampoo, conditioner, lotion in dispenser type. Great initiative to reduce plastic wastes
5. No gimmicks about premium/higher costs for river side view. All will get view
Things to improve:
1. If Outside/exterior could be better with fresh paint, this hotel will be top notch than quality inn behind.
2. Better way to go to lounge or should show the path to entrance.

You know you have a beautiful view over looking the water. It's great to sit on the balcony & enjoy nature. Yes you can see the traffic but the water & tree view make it ok. But.... You could paint that balcony area even the ceiling out there & maybe add a small outdoor table between the chairs. Make it inviting. We had room 321 & after getting off elevator the walk past the vending machines & up the ramp towards our room was almost a deal breaker to stay there. It was hot & humid in that inclosed area. We saw a obviously broken air conditioner in there & either

When we first got here the front receptionist gave us the wrong room key, we had to go back and get the correct key. The only good thing about this place was the hot tub outside. We stayed here for one night and it was disgusting. The box springs are torn up and have stains including some that look like black mold on them. One light in the bathroom was broken and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was busted. The doors in our room have disgusting smears on them. The curtains in our room did not completely close, so we didn't get all the privacy you would expect from a hotel room. The elevators

I would not stay here again. The halls and property need a good clean up. The rooms are poorly furnished, no hair drier , no lamps , no place to put your soap down in the shower, no place to hang clothing, and only one garbage can for the room located in the bathroom. Cheap at $130 , but for sure no for further visits for us. One night was more than enough. On a positive note the man behind the front desk was very nice. We stayed one night room 404 on 8-12-21.

Door didn't lock unless chain was on it and they were unable to switch rooms because they were full. Maintenance said they would have to block the room when we checked out because the door had to be replaced. I have a video but I can't post it here. They refused to refund the money to booking. I will be disputing it with credit card company. Also the balcony door did not have a lock and the balcony was about 8 inches above an SUV. Very easy to climb onto balcony from parking lot.

To call this place a dump would be to compliment it. I'd rather stay in the cargo hold of a pirate ship. The towels were dirty, the room was completely filthy and destroyed. The "river" that the hotel overlooks is a glorified drainage ditch. I implore you, stay elsewhere if at all possible.

Ahh this is a very love, hate review. The main thing is THEY DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST, even though this is advertised on the site with pictures of waffles and eggs (they do provide a granola bar, yogurt cup, muffin and a waterbottle). This was HUGE for my boyfriend and I, who are on a college student budget. The ROOM was so cool with the amazing view and trippy fireplace. Unfortunately the walls behind the couch and bed have not been cleaned with fluid stains and booger stains left behind. The rest of the room was immaculate. The TOWELS were a bit small even for my 100lb body. The HOTTUB was very

Stayed over 4th of July weekend. Beautiful view of the river from our balcony. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room clean and comfortable.
Quiet sleep even though main street in front of Hotel is busy.

Disappointments: No closet, just coat rack on wall. No hooks in bathroom to hang wet/used towels. Bathroom small, no real vanity to place toiletries. And even with A/C going and having room at 74-75 degrees, room is so humid that when walking on laminate floors your feet feel as you though you walked on a freshly wet mopped floor.

Biggest disappointment: Was seeing all the mold

Very disappointed. The bathroom was very disgusting. They remodeled parts of the Hotel but a lot the essentials were left out. Place looks very old and dirty. The bathrooms were by far the worst and the rooms werent cleaned. We had to go ask for new towels everyday we stayed. Parking wasn't awful but overall you can get more for your money elsewhere. Location is about the positive as it has a nice creek view and only about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg.

This was a good porch but we were a little disappointed for $170 a night

Room smelled liked rotten lettuce (bad)
Ac old and it wouldn't cool room
Dirty! We stayed at 3 motels to get here at $59 to $79 a night and they were all cleaner than this one.
Pillows bad , bring your own

Sheets, blankets and towels very nice!
Pool and hot tub nice
Close to walk to go carts and some restaurants
Neighbor said they saw bears one night but we missed out.

Stayed there for 3 nights, nice little view from our room of the river. It was nice to be on the other side of gatlinburg away from a lot of the hustle. Was a very short walk to the main strip. The rooms were nice and clean. The outside of the building looks rough, but the interior has been newly renovated. The only crappy part of our stay was it was impossible to open enjoy the sound of the river because of the horrible smell of pot. Other than that, we would stay there again.

February 4, 2020, we visited again, based on our stay here in mid-August 2019 - it was a Days Inn then. They were working hard to update it (painting, installing slip-resistant bathtubs, etc) - it's an older building, but it's very clean! Steve at the front desk is very helpful and personable. Breakfast is *AMAZING* - beverage offerings: coffee, tea, orange juice, grape juice, and milk. Lots of creamer (real cream!), plus little cups of hazelnut and French vanilla CoffeeMate; dry packets of creamer also; sugar packets, as well as sugar substitutes. There were packets of instant grits

The staff was friendly, but the place is a dump. They try and keep it clean, but it's a roach motel for triple the price it's worth. The repairs/updates are done poorly, trim work and paint is downright terrible. The ac was loud, the bathroom was in poor shape, and the beds, sheets, pillows, and towels were worn heavily. The curtain on the sliding door was so old musty and dusty you need a antihistamine after opening it. I let my buddy pick the place for a motorcycle trip to the dragon and he thought this was a good spot walking distance to attractions and the brewery. We both regretted

This place has the location going for it for sure! All the rooms have balconies overlooking the river. The breakfast is evidently next door at the Days Inn so that's a bit strange, but I suppose free breakfast is free breakfast!

So don't stay here expecting luxurious accommodations as it's a basic motel with clean rooms, clean beds, and nice place to stay on the river. It's maybe 5-10 minute walk up the street to the main strip to shop and walk around.
