We recently moved after more than 7 years in the Highlands. It was a great place. We liked the location and we liked the environment from the trees 🌲 and the grass. That “green belt” amenity is not available in most east valley apartments, and the staff is dedicated to making Highlands a happy place to live.

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs now and had to stop and leave a review. This is specifically for the maintance here, they are absolutely awesome!! Anytime I have an issue it's solved the very same day I put the work order in. And, they always come with a smile on their face and great attitude! You guys are much appreciated!

Our family lived here for almost 4 years, and to be honest we loved it! What drew me was 1) their pricing for luxury apartments is probably the best in this area and 2) they're gated. We never really had any issues, apartment living is very communal, I've lived in quite a few and this was a great experience overall! Perfect location, beautiful grounds, we loved the pool area, the office staff generally was very friendly and helpful, and the property manager James always goes above and beyond!
