This place is awful . There is mold all throughout the apartment. Everything is leaking and so much condensation In here . Really grungy in here . They hit you with a few fees on the way out . Stairs outside are not up to code at least 3 people almost fell in the year I lived here . I wouldn’t rent from here

I agree with everyone who have mentioned that they charge a lot of move-out fees without any reason. Most of my security deposit, they kept without any particular reason even though it was discussed that they would give it back (especially because there is a pandemic going on). Well, the apartment was good, the maintenance staff are great, the leasing office is okay and the Solomon Org. is BS. Also, it has been about 2 months since I moved out, and they haven't sent the measly amount of security deposit back. Buyer beware - if you want to stay here, forget about any deposit that you give them.

Lansing West is an amazing place to call home. I've been here for six months and have absolutely zero complaints. The community and neighbors here are very respectful, quiet, and friendly and that makes all the difference. My apartment is really nice and the maintenance staff are always there to help at a moments notice if there is anything I need. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a great place to live look no further...this place is great and I know you'll love it.

Fantastic place that is clean, quite, well-maintained, and convenient. As a Cornell student, I was surprised by how quiet the place is and any problems I had were resolved quickly by the fantastic maintenance guys. I usually felt a bit short-changed at previous apartments, but I actually missed this place after returning to Canada

Here is the deal, every single place has its positive and not so positive things (no matter where you live, or if you own or rent). But, honestly, I have only found pretty good things about living in these apartments. I have friends who have bought houses in this city and have to deal with lots of things I don't, for example: if it's winter time and there is a lot of snow outside, I am not the one clearing the path to get to my car (the workers do it and do it very well); if it's summer, I don't have to mow the lawn (they hire a company that takes care of that); if something

Dear fellow renters. In order to ensure that you do not experience the same disrespect that I experienced for the entirety of my lease with Lansing West Apartments, I took it upon myself to find every forum possible where I can express my discontent. To be specific, I sent a rent check out for the month of June on the 3rd of June and received an email 2 days later claiming a late fee would be charged because no payment was received. I emailed back to explain that a check had been sent out and they should be receiving it soon, but to PLEASE let me know if they did not ever receive the check so I
