I have loved living here! Before moving in, they answered all my questions and helped me find the apartment that would be perfect for me. Christie in the leasing office is very attentive and always gets back to me quickly. Maintenance always comes quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure issues are resolved. It is a nice, quiet community to live in!

I could not say enough positive things about this place. My fiance and I moved in on Friday and the entire process has been amazing. As first time renters we didn't know much about what to do and Abigale was not only polite and amazing but so kind as to talk us through everything, answer a million questions, and always responded within 30 minutes of any message sent. They were so accommodating for my service dog more so than what complies with the ADA guidelines. Not to mention that we were considering rehoming my old cat with serious medical needs but we were able to bring him with us here!

I lived there 3 years from 2017 to 2020. I give 5 star for Abby who is lease Assistant there. Truly wonderful and nice people. The apartment is 2 stars in terms of facility. Mice on third floor apartment. Furnace leaks GAS. The fire truck was here in cold winter. They simply fixed it by just tape....
I give Negative 5 stars for the new property manager who handled my lease and want to blackmail me $1450 for the carpet already at its end of life span. It's their business cost, but they want to every penny of charge on tenants.

My family and I just moved to Ithaca from 3 hours away. Abigale from Warren Wood has been with us during the entire process- start to finish. She has promptly answered every email we have sent, most of the time with in minutes of sending - at most and hour. She has been very helpful, polite and informative. We have not been here more than a week or so yet, but the property is well kept, quite and highlights every reason that we chose to move to Ithaca.

The management has been very responsive to any questions that has come up in my move down to Ithaca, often responding within the hour. They seem to be working hard to make any moves to the community as seem less as possible. Extra credit deserved for excelling at customer service with burden caused by the ongoing pandemic.
