Once of the best apartments that I’v lived in.. rent might be a bit pricey but it’s worth the money.. the management is very friendly and the community is always clean.. the service team is quick in fixing any issues within the house. Overall loved staying here and now have to move due to a job change. Will miss my apartment 🙃

The process of applying, getting moved in, and then living here has been such a breeze with these AMAZING front office ladies. If you want to be treated like a family, not just a tenant, I would recommend you live here!! This complex is kept clean, is pet friendly, and has really good vibes. 5 stars all day!!

I've been living here since December 2020. I had just up and moved from across the country and needed a place ASAP. I was leaning toward another property before I moved, but this one was far better once I had a chance to see it in person. Nicole found me the best unit for me and the special was too good to refuse. Even after moving in I've only gotten the best customer service and assistance. Nicole has always been incredibly friendly and reliable. The office as a whole is very responsive and friendly. I’ve been resident at The Commons of Chapel Creek for 3 years now. The property is well maintained and the office staff is always helpful and friendly. I’ve never had any issues. Any maintenance requests have always been done in a timely manner.
My neighbors have been great. No noisy neighbors and the community is small so it’s tranquil.
The location is ideal. Many groceries stores, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. There is a park and walking trail right down the street. I’ve lived at other properties and this by far has been the best one. I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over 3 years now for a reason. The location is ideal for everything that is close by. We are active dog owners and having multiple areas outside of the complex is a plus.
Nicole is genuinely a beautiful soul and goes above and beyond for each person. Marco and his team will be there to help out as fast as they can if there is any concern you have. I have been a resident for 6 months now and I am still extremely happy with my choice to move here from the Midwest. Nichole has been absolutely amazing from the first tour of the property to date! I’ve lived at the Commons of Chapel Creek for almost 4 years. Nicole in the leasing office is amazing. She’s always there to answer any questions. The maintenance staff is great too. It’s been the same staff since I moved in and their response time is fast! Most of my neighbors have been here almost as long as me and they feel the same about our community. The Commons has a neighborhood feel as it’s right across the street from a beautiful housing area, a park and a school. After being a resident for nearly 3 years, The Commons of Chapel Creek was the best complex I have ever lived in and only moved to due wanting to try another area of Dallas. I would move back to The Commons of Chapel Creek if I had the opportunity and highly recommend the complex to all!
Incredibly safe, friendly for all ages, wonderful location to all stores/restaurants, and close to the Tollway with being far enough to not hear any noise.
