At Wade Crossing Apartment Homes, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.
Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds.Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

Apartment seems to be good. But the facilities they show in the website are not properly working. None of the barbecue grills work and the printing in business center also doesn’t work. I raised multiple request for the repair and management seems to do nothing about it. It would be great if they repair the grill.
Recently moved in here and loving the place. Very good and friendly leasing office staffs. Spacious apartments for the price. It would be great if Frisco ISD provides bus to this apartment for elementary school kids.

Do not ever move into this complex. They have lied from day one and when you call them on it they attack you verbally. (Not to mention they do nothing when their employees physically attack you) They tell you one thing and do another. They constantly change their story. They cant fix anything properly. They refuse to fix any of the issues within the community,. The trash compactor is either broken or overflowing at all times. They allow people to double park and block other cars in. The buildings are literally falling apart and they dont care. The office employees do not care that these are peoples

Highly recommend!! I lived at this property for 4 years. The management team and employees are great!! They are very friendly and super helpful in my experience. My apartment was very nice! Maintenance came out very quickly anytime there was an issue. The on-call maintenence workers came out very quickly as well when my A/C broke. Give them a try.... I really enjoyed living here!!

If I took the time to write EVERY reason why I am beyond pleased with Wade and the staff there, this comment would be entirely too long! In short, experiences shape a big part of ones memories and greatly impact our decisions amongst other things! My experience/interaction with John was so positive and above and beyond your every day "customer service" that I had to leave a review and acknowledge his outstanding personable, kind, professional, and upstanding character! I have lived here before and my experience was great then, however my encounter with John gave me all the more reason to believe

Please look at the reviews on apartments.com. They are more accurate . Surely these reviews are paid or gave people incentive for leaving fake reviews. The guy in this office acts as if he is on drugs and is desperate to get money in order to get his next hit. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. Staff is inconsistent, incompetent and give different information than what’s on their site. Surely, they’ll come on here and pretend either they are oblivious to the complaint or can’t find records etc. This company is taking advantage of people during this pandemic which is sad.

I’ve loved living here this last year! I’ve never lived in an apartment where the staff really seem to care about their residents! Whether it’s making them feel welcomed when coming in the office or answering all of your questions during the move in process! Maintenance has always been so punctual as well, and helps with anything that you need. If I could’ve stayed living here longer I absolutely would (but circumstances change unfortunately). If you’re looking for somewhere to live with a friendly staff, this is it! I’m going to miss the office staff so much!

Been residing at Wade Crossings for about a year and the client focus has been excellent. Maintenance, office staff and management have always had quick responses and follow through on items. The community also has fun activities throughout the year for neighbors to get together and have a good time. Nearby schools and the county college is literally across the street. Talk about convenient. If you are looking for a friendly apartment complex, I highly recommend Wade Crossings.
