While helpful, the self tour option is nice, but seems to just make it easier on the staff. There were questions that I had that are critical to my decision that were never answered. I got a feeling it would short when I was told, drive to gate, put in code, will ring office and I’ll let you in - put in code 3 times, rang office, no help - waited to tailgate with someone in. Lance you king elsewhere. Not a good fit for me, but thank you.

Do NOT sign a lease here. They do not value their residents and will charge you extra fees even if they are at fault. Poor management all around from maintenance to front office. The apartment stairwells are NASTY. Our third story exit was covered in bird droppings because a bird nest was built and never removed for over 2 years. I told the maintenance manager several times about the issue. Everything in the apartments are old and outdated as well. Good luck having them fix anything other than a major issue. If I could give them zero stars I would. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

By far the worst apartments I've even lived in. If you are thinking of moving here DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made the mistake of moving here in January, from the very first day Rose in the leasing office was extremely rude and lacked basic communication skills. The only reason I ignored my better judgement and proceeded to live here was because I loved the Goldwyn floorplan and, in the past, I rarely had to deal with the leasing staff. February the winter storm hit, unfortunately I had a pipe burst and my apartment was flooded. It took them almost 3 weeks before giving me fans or a dehumidifier

The buildings are 20ish years old and well-maintained. The price seemed reasonable We heard people complaining about bugs, rats, heat and occasional flooding, but it’s Texas so what do they expect? Orkin visited regularly and the maintenance guys were rock stars! The amenities were awesome with a super nice gym, good mail/package facility and well-kept pool areas. Had no problems with the other tenants beyond occasional noise

I spoke to a Robert to potentially talk about move in. He said they started out at $1609 for a 1bd 1ba and I was very surprised at that price. Showed my concern and he hung up on me mid conversation. Who treats someone like that?????? He needs to be fired. Never have I ever been treated like that. Is this what you teach your employees to do? I need answers. Just because of him I will NOT recommend ANYONE to this place. I work for a well respected surgeon so I know a lot of potential people. He is the WORST!!!!!!!

My move in was horrible for the amount of money you pay to living here at the Legends of Legacy. The apartment I moved into had broken drawers, cabinets , garbage disposal ( which leaked water), kitchen faucet, refrigerator, both patios had oily black greases stains all over it and paint splatter all over the floors. It’s amazing how these apartment management will charge you high dollar amounts to living in their apartments but do not reward or make adjustments to the rent to accommodate such poor up keep of their apartments.

RUN!!!! Seriously take the other reviews into consideration. It sucks that the management team is so awful because I did actually enjoy the apartment itself. I lived there for 2.5 years and here are some things that I experienced. When I first moved in Every other week someone was wanting to come into the apartment for various reason like to check the smoke alarms over and over again. My water heater caught fire and did they ask if we were ok. Nope just said someone will be by to replace it. Well they accidentally broke the washer and when they put the new one in they didn't put the drain

I just moved into this property a few weeks ago and have had great experience so far ! Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from!? I had a couple issues when I first moved in due to the winter storm that took place but maintenance handled the situation immediately and the front desk staff helped efficiently as well. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a lot of cute little perks to living here. I hope I continue to have great experience here !!

RUNNNN! Please save yourself and do not come near this apartment complex. They have made my mother cry tears from fear and exhaustion. The front lady might be nice, but wait till they get you with a contract. Before you move in, request PUBLIC police reports from Frisco and they will hand you a pile. My mom would call me in the middle of the night because the neighbor would bang on her door at odd hours for weeks. Â The police department is called very often, it's like a revolving door. Let's just start with leasing staff.. they are completely useless, they don't answer the phone or even return phone calls, emailing is your best bet but even then sometimes you still don't get a response. We have been through 3 leasing managers in the 4 1/2 months that we have lived here, none of them seem to know anything about customer service.

This place sucks. THE Outside of the units ARE SEVERELY dirty and OVERRUN WITH GARBAGE. I have placed 4 work orders an emailed photos still no resolution. We have dry blood and old food soaked into the ground in front of apartment. I have never seen or smelled anything like it. It is deplorable living conditions. If you move here you will be sorry. It is not worth $2100 . The price should be 500 bucks. I will run fast when my lease is up. Oh did I mention the massive ant problem and the black mold growing inside my unit. And my tub that has been caulked 5 times and still cracked. This

Horrible experience with this apartment complex, we live in the first floor and the roof was so poorly built that every move that people in the 2nd floor made will generate big noise, basically you cannot sleep in the night, we will get out as soon as our house is ready. Horrible experience, we are so distressed.

So I lived here til the beginning of May in 2019 - the apartment we moved into had roach problems from the first day to the last day. We contacted the office multiple times to send out pest control but nothing happened. Also paid $50.00 for a garage clicker that was suppose to be refunded to me at the end of the lease but I was told the day I turned in my keys in that they don't do that anymore. I moved into Legends At Legacy 3weeks ago and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful. They address my concerns and maintenance has resolved all issues I have had from a torn screen to a broken AC all fixed for me. Emily, my leasing agent has been great. She took the time to call to make sure all work orders were completed. I love my apartment and love the floor plan. It feels more like a home than apartment. I look forward to making Legends At Legacy my Home for a long time.

Came to tour Legends at Legacy on Monday! The floor plans are very beautiful, spacious, and just over all impressive! The area is great-you have access to multiple grocery stores, gas stations, Legacy West and even the Star being only 4 minutes away. The prices are unbeatable too. Mikayla was very knowledgeable and helpful during the application process, and we can't wait to move in!

Update: well it's been two months since my first post and guess what? My shower still leaks and the promised window hasn't shown up. So here is some stuff I left out last time. I agreed to let the kitchen floor stay messed up until we move out since the entire floor needs to be replaced to do it (you're welcome legends). Before South Oxford took over a little over a year ago, this place was great. Great management, great people... things really changed. The leasing staff is cold, and they never remember your name or apartment number. (New Property Manager is nice.. this has to be our 3rd in the past year). I have put in maintenance tickets that always get lost, heat constantly goes out, water is cold within 15 minutes of my shower. I Love this place! I moved in about 2 months ago and have had a great experience so far. There have been a couple times I swung by the office to ask some questions and follow up on a maintenance request and each time Drake especially was professional and thorough in helping me. As I was briefly waiting one of those times, I noticed in particular how many residents preferred to speak with him (instead of the blond girl- forgot her name) and knew him by name. HORRIBLE! Our apartment was NOT ready when we showed up on our move in date (which we stressed was flexible! They assured us it would be ready when we drove from 3 hours away). 3 1/2 weeks later & it's still a disaster. The management was fired and replaced. Maintenance is under change as well. NO organization! Can't keep track of work orders. Someone from maintenance will show up and look at the issues, tell us they will be back either that day or the next then nothing! The worst maintenance I've ever had at an apartment complex! I turned in my move-in sheet December 15, 2015 (weeks before I actually moved in) and was told the items would be repaired. It's now August 2016, and I've turned in requests for several of the same items around 7 times: talked on the phone, talked in person, emailed, turned in maintenance requests, etc., and they're not complete. I've lived here for three years and the prices are the best in the area. Maintenance is ok- Ted is great. Always gives 100% to fix any problems. Quiet/family community. Pools are ok. Staff is mediocre and always changing. Had 3 managers since living here. Nice facility
