Old building, water pipes always leaking or exploding. They turn the water off almost monthly. Maintenance people does not fix anything 100%. You can put in request after request they still will not fix it correctly. The leasing office is nice in the beginning after you do your lease that’s when they show how rude they are. They tell you that you can not hear the neighbors upstairs but you can. 12am people sound like they are having a wrestling match upstairs. The assistant manager is extremely rude. No one communicates in the leasing office so no one knows what’s going on. Make sure to do

I lived there for one year and ended up leaving because the guy at the front desk is rude the Hispanic chubby one. I couldn’t stand staying there another year dealing with him other then that it was okay.. I guess it seemed like the washing machines always was not working on my hall so I had to go to another which was annoying too….

I Had a great experience moving into The Avondale, john was great with assisting me with the application and it was a speedy process in a time where I needed it to be speedy, they even applied a discount so that was great. The neighborhood is great, my apartment has a great view , i can even see the stars at night. My experience has been cool so far, hopefully i continue to have a good experience.

I was searching apartments to move in. This apartment leasing office employee name Mike, he is so rude. I have asked for specific unit and on the website it tells you when available. He kept asking when do i want to move in. Im asking a specific unit that it says available on 7/27. Why do you keep repeating same question. He had an attitude. Expressed he got frustrated over the phone. Already hate this place. Don’t want to move in because one rude employee.

I had lived at Avonale Apartments at Laural for a year. I left this place because I had to move to another state due to work. Otherwise, I would lived in this place forever; it is amazingly excellent. The staff members have been very helpful to this very day; I am getting their support for so many reasons and requests.
The building is very clean and quite. There is no hidden fees every month...you pay fixed rent every month.
Their maintenance team is swift and tidy.
Do you believe me if I tell you there is free breakfast and coffee every morning? Yes there is!
