I came by a few weeks ago to view an apartment and the leasing consultant was rude and unprofessional. She was not welcoming and caught a huge attitude when I refused to give her information that she didn’t really need. She told me they had a policy to obtain your current and or previous address. That’s a lie. All you need is my name and the type of apartment I want. How many others will be residing with me and if I have any pets. Unless it’s the actual leasing application then you do not need my address. The fact that she would go to the extremes and say that there is a policy is completely

They are rude, accuse you wrongly, and you never going to get an apology. You probably get this treatment when you are living in a free apartment. Roof leaking, toilet leaking, roaches everywhere, and yet they will still accuse you of causing roof leakage for the beneath apartment. They always make you feel like you are lying, and if they figure out they are wrong, you won’t still get any apology. All employees feel so superior. I received a call of getting kicked out (threat), they almost told me not to walk at night because the floor makes a terrible noise (old). Residence don’t have a say

The grounds and apartments themselves look good but getting a hold of anyone for leasing is a nightmare. I have tried to get in contact with them to get information and no one ever responds. I have been emailing them for a solid month.

If you are retirement age or disabled, DON'T MOVE HERE!! The office staff and particularly the management company are NOT age- or disability-friendly. We recently needed assistance with getting out of our apartment for a mandatory bug spraying, and when they found out that both my husband and I are seriously mobility-impaired, we ended up being told that our lease would not be renewed! Essentially we were thrown out of our apartment because we are over 60 and can't walk.
The apartments are nice, the rooms are large and airy (except for the very tiny bathroom), the maintenance staff
