Inquired about leasing and the woman on the other end was just plain ghetto! No professionalism. It seemed she was upset I inquired lol. If you don’t like your job quit. She hung up on me mid sentence. When I called back to ask the womans name she answered and said “her name is Brandon”. Thats poor representation of this company, can’t be upscale or luxury when your hiring people like that. Thanks “Ms Brandon” you saved me some gas money and application fee lol
Side note luxury and upscale is more than looks or price it’s about the people you hire !!! No upscale professional is going

If you’re looking for a true gated community, keep looking. The gates are ALWAYS open and even when closed you can walk right on the side of gates to access the community. The parking sucks. The walls are thin. I hear everything in the two apartments next to me and the one above me. The only plus is that the complex is convenient to the highway. I don’t have any issues with the staff. They handle my requests in a timely manner.

In the history of apartments, this leasing office has to be the most terrible leasing office ever. Let me begin by telling you how rude the management is. Everything is a chore to them, especially if you are a resident. They would be so quick to bill you but take forever to respond when you have emergencies or repairs in your unit. The staff in the leasing office are very rude and it always ends in frustration when you need to get anything done.
Save yourself the headache and get any other apartment apart from this one. No seriously, anywhere else is better. You are better off anywhere else. Highly

It’s aight. Takes a while to get to DC. The gym has hours but no one monitors it so that seems silly. The pool is open 50% of the time it’s supposed to be open. We were almost homeless for a day because no one told us to pay the first month’s rent in cashier checks until we got there and they closed in an hour and all the banks were closed. Heaven forbid you forget to give a friend a parking pass. They aggressively tow, meaning they call a towing company 40 minutes away and ask them to tow you for $175. I’ve never had an apartment complex that doesn’t put a note on your car or something

I moved here in 2020. I have yet had the opportunity to actually sit in the living room because of the noise above my head. I've knocked on the door several time just to ask if they can tone the noise down with the kid constantly running. I was told by them that they would do the best they can. That's not good enough especially when the running is 24/7 none stop. Sad to say is I can when there gone because it's so peaceful. Working from home and hearing this noise doesn't cut it for me. I can't understand why people allow the kids to just run around in the house like that. What happen to respect

I don’t know if it’s possible to ask who will be living above you but PLEASE consider doing that. You might get unlucky and live underneath a family of 5 or more. The installation in the ceiling is either terrible or the residences are just not mindful. The office doesn’t do anything about the noise complaints either. I practically have to live with earplugs in all day and you can still hear children running and adults stomping (and vacuuming their hardwood floors 5 times a day). Horrible over the phone service, very rude to existing residents and previous residents. It seems as though their staff members make assumptions that their residents are thieves or dishonest, which leads them to act hostile.

For that experience I would never live there again.

I work in customer service myself and know that speaking with guests can get overwhelming. However, the way I was spoken to over the phone was disrespectful and dismissive.

Shannon or Sharon was the person I spoke with.

Terry Maich is a bit rude, inpatient. That apartment is so beautiful honestly. I would definitely recommend people stay here. I took the tour and my brother has lived here in the past. Just ask for anyone else besides Terry.
She was rude on the phone. When I was there, she wasnt very friendly either.

5 stars and a HUGE thank you to Ms. Shannon! I was under a tight deadline and needed the package that was delivered to the office, but knew I wouldn't be able to get there before it closed. Shannon went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed that day! Kind, courteous, and patient! Thank you so much Shannon!
