The first time I went to the office with new manager I now know what true dedication and how she took care of all my needs a true solid keeper she is so nice and she is very thorough with every ones needs I can't say enough bout Annette not to mention Gayle she was so helpful while Annetre was doing her job in Carson .Annette has made the property nice and clean im speaking for myself and others thanks for your hard work

I just had the best experience with Kai at the office. 😊It was a beautiful day so I went to my son’s house for a visit on Thursday. I had such a good time at my son’s house that I had forgotten my purse. 😢 So I went over to the office as the office was just closing.I caught Kai just in time ,and she was beginning to lock the door for the evening. 😟 I explained to Kai the situation and she gave me the spare key to unlock my door. 😁 I unlocked the door and took the key back to her and by the grace of God I was able to come in my home and take my medication, I just wanted to say thank

I'll start with the good. I lived here for 6 months, good area, friendly neighbors, beautiful apartments. Now the bad. Staff accuses me of $1,300 worth of fines due to property damage. No proof, inspection paperwork all of a sudden disappeared, mixed messages between companies, and no proof. I came into these apartments as a broke college student looking for shelter and affordable rent. I leave used, and in debt, After this, I would never recommend these apartments to anyone.

I came to check out these apartments after a friend told me they were income based. First of all, we walked into the office and it smelled like someone just smoked a bunch of weed in the office. Classy. My friend made the same amount of money as I do, and she qualifies for 425$ rent. I thought I would get the same rate. The woman quoted me 700 a month for a one bedroom. She told me I made too much money. Mind you, I make 9$ an hour. I just don't understand. Im too poor to afford a place, but I make too much to qualify for help.
