The single worst experience I have ever had with an apartment building in my life. I got out of there as fast as I could. Save yourself the grief.
Super sketchy place. Guaranteed any deliveries will be stolen. They'll upsell you a paid locker service but then leave your packages to be stolen anyway, and do nothing about it.
You can trust absolutely nothing that building management says. Constant turnover in their personnel. Consider your deposit donated to their corporate profit margins, kiss it goodbye.

Horrible experience even attempting to rent with Square One. An employee (who no longer works there) made false promises, accepted money from me for a holding deposit and application fees that were never even processed, and then left the company without giving anyone direction about my situation or how to make it right. I am still owed money, no one will return my calls, I had to scramble last minute to find a different place to live, and they make it so difficult to track them down and get the information you are owed. I am counting my lucky stars that I did not end up living here- it's a very

Jessica at the front desk is awesome and is always prompt with responses. The property looks great. Location is amazing. People are friendly here. Noise is almost non existent from neighbors due to the concrete walls. My only complaint is the trash bin next to the mailboxes in the building are always filled with trash and sometimes overflows and a dog pee smell by the entrance when the wind is blowing.

I love these apartments, everyone is super friendly and it’s always very quiet, I never have problems with noise and I love the views; there are also events close by during the summer that are walking distance which is nice and the movie theater is right across the street, it’s a great location and the building staff is great 💕☺️👏🏽

Only was able to live here for a short time, but it was one of the best places I had ever lived. Jessica made everything incredibly easy from the time I moved in until the time I had to unfortunately leave. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in up and coming downtown Sparks to Jessica at Square One.

I moved in about a month ago and so far these apartments are Great! The maintenance staff is super friendly. The apartments have a beautifully modern aesthetic and they are also Pet friendly! I would say that this is definitely one of the more comfortable apartments I have lived in. I would 10/10 recommend

Cannot recommend this place enough. Great Office staff especially Jessica shes always friendly and able to help us with what ever we need whether its maintenance request or general questions. Everyone in this building is very friendly and approachable. The apartments are nicely set up with great flooring and counter tops.

Jessica, the Leasing Manager, answers all of my questions and listens to my comments & concerns.
Samuel, the Maintenance Manger keeps things in Ship Shape both inside my apartment and in the common areas. Small space living is all about choosing the right location and the right neighbors. This place fits the bill!

I love living here! Going on our second year here and the only complaint I have is that some tenants need to learn to clean up after themselves.
P.S. if you decide to live here then SPEAK UP about any issues that arise. Our community director is INCREDIBLE and will help you with any issue you might have. Closed mouths don't get fed.

This is my first time living away from home (I'm from Michigan) and I couldn't think of a better place to live!
To start the management is incredibly kind and helpful. They are always a very positive and cheerful and always welcome you with a smile. They are there for the most part 6/7 days of the week and sometimes I'll even see them in there on Sundays! Like every other apartment complex in the world, things will go wrong, and when they do or I have an issue the management has been so helpful, friendly and willing to fix my problem as soon as possible.

I have been living here for over a year now and it is an excellent place to live. It's peaceful and very modern with the industrial loft feel to it, Our property manager Jessica Opalinski is such a Joy to have, she is attentive, caring and makes sure your requests are met. We are in the heart of Victorian Square so, I have been able to enjoy the Rib Cook off, Hot August nights and The Lighting of the Christmas tree. We also get to watch the fireworks from our balcony!!! This is definitely the place to live!!!

I've never been one to leave a bad review on yelp, or really leave a review at all but I felt like this one was important due to my experience here at Square One.This was the first apartment I've ever lived in without a roommate and they are extremely beautiful, but I mean it when I say thats the only good thing about this place. Lets start with the parking, there isn't enough of it (including the paid gated spots which always has a wait list). The residents start to make their own parking spots in the middle of the parking lot because there isn't enough parking spots to accommodate

This place makes a good first impression. Nice, brightly lit units with high ceilings and contemporary finishes. The view isn't great, at least on the east end and the patios are very small, but it's nice overall. The model I saw was much nicer (west end on a higher floor), but I digress. My main complaint about this building is the pig residents who don't pick up after their dogs or properly dispose of their trash (including their junk mail). It doesn't help that there are no trash cans anywhere in the lobby or near the entrances to the building and the back trash area is usually

Over the last 9 years my husband and I have moved a lot. The majority of that time we were renters was apartments, homes and town homes. Dealing with lots of different prices and management. In our 9 years of renting I can say Square One is the only place that has truly felt like home. The lay out of the apartments give a open yet cozy feel as soon as you walk in. I am in love with the countertops and appliances. Although we went from full size dryer and washer to stackable, these are the most efficient ones we have had. We love this place!! My husband and I move a ton for work and as a result have rented apartments all over the country. This is at the top of our list. The staff are amazing. The apartments have an industrial loft style with high ceilings, zero carpet (finally!), quiet, great location and very reasonable for the area. They have a great business center/ conference room that has helped when I needed a printer or to scan something. Their gym is small but beautiful and clean, and I have yet to see another person in there when I work out. There are a few great restaurants and bars a block away, and downtown

Coming from the east coast our standards were ridiculously high. We wanted a great location, walking distance to restaurants, safe neighborhood, easy parking, high ceilings, in-unit washer-dryer and dog friendly. We were super lucky to find Square One apartments. We got everything we wanted. After living here for three months, we love the area. It's one block from In and Out Burger -- not that we make that a staple or anything -- but it is a nice option. We also like having the Nugget Casino a block away as it has a Starbucks in it and the rooms are inexpensive when friends and family

I'm a big fan of high/mid rise living and am glad someone was able to successfully transform this once shabby hotel into urban style apartments. I appreciate that each unit comes with 10' ceilings, stained concrete flooring, quality fixtures, and a patio. I've been here nearly a month and it's already feeling like home.
