I love Green Pines! Its such a great place to live in. I've lived here for a few years and have never had any issues. Reading the negative reviews really surprise me, either way, the only reason I would leave is if i buy a house but for now, I love having Green Pines as my home. Everything is perfect!

I have been living here for 4 years and have lived in the 1 room, 2 rooms, and 3 rooms apartments. All where old and we’re not at least remodeled for a cleaner entrance, they had the same carpet, a new layer of paint applied over the past 5 layers from years before, old cabinets with old hinges, newly forming mold under the sink, cracked walls covered by that same paint. I can go on all day, but I guess you get what you pay for. This would have all been at least fine if it weren’t for the change of management about 2 years ago. At first i was unsure about moving here because of the bad neighborhood but had no choice because of the crazy rent increases and the lack of availability in other apartments/houses so now i feel lucky to have found the only available and affordable apartment at that moment here at Green Pines. I have lived here for 7 months now and honestly i haven't had any issues and my experience here has been pleasant so far . Nice apartments and spacious they don't include washer and dryer but oh well you cannot always have everything you want :)

Not the worst place to live...but not the best either. Our time here was rather stressful as one time our laundry was stolen out of the laundry room. We had asked the office to view the camera footage but they told us the surveillance camera was broken...not very professional if you ask me. Also, most of the trees here are dead, and there are rocks eveywhere-- not very good landscaping. It's dangerous and I've almost fallen a few times because of it. It's fairly quiet during the day, but at night someone shoots off fireworks and it gets very annoying. It's also not the safest neighborhood because
