Just when I though management couldn’t get any worse because it was bad, it got worse. I’ve had 2 30 day pay or quit notices on my door(when I don’t owe any money) since the new manager just started. And a lease violation notice posted on my door that was filed with the court. I had to have an attorney get involved so they couldn’t evict me because they would have taken it to court although they knew my responsibility had been meet. Several times I’ve seen a process server walking around the complex with a stack of eviction notices for everyone. This is all just in a few months. I have

Current resident, been here for over 6 years & now they're doing everything they can to get me to leave. Before they took over I paid 900 In rent, I now pay almost 1300 & they have improved absolutely nothing. Other tenants got dishwashers years ago & I haven't had a maintenance guy fix anything in months. They recently started to affect my mail by giving my box away twice without contacting me first,& now they are trying to say I don't have an NV energy account anymore when it turns out they tried to get my service shut off in December, but since it wasn't me calling it was kept on as it should

Looking to move in the future and stopped by and toured marinas edge. Beautiful apartment, love the wooden floors and huge bedroom mirror doors in the master bedroom. There seems to be a lot of remodeling going which sounds like it is going to make the campus really nice. A dog park has been added which is probably my favorite feature of the entire campus. Really beautiful apartments!
