Services
There is an application fee of $35 per person or $50 per married couple and an administration fee of $250 ($150 goes towards security deposit). The administrative fee will hold your unit until your move-in-date. Along with the payment for the fees you will need to provide two recent paycheck stubs to verify your income and a copy of your current government-issued state ID.

My car was in front of my cousins garage while we loaded baby diapers into it. Went inside came back 10 mins later to move it had already been towed then waited for 40 mins for Milne Towing to charge me $280 for tiring my car 2 miles. Apparently I should’ve been walking across the street with everything we were loading with a newborn. They’ve lived there less than a month and already have had items stolen from the patio. Wouldn’t recommend if you have babies and need parking, even temporary parking.

It's a cool place but alot of deals goes on at night. The good thing is police comes in every now and then to secure the environment. Parking is another issues. I dont see the reason why I will be assigned a parking spot in another block making me walk several km to get to my block and then climb the stairs to my townhouse on 3rd floor. Crazy huh?

The apartments are nice in theory. Attached garage and pretty when doing a walk through but the kitchens don't have enough cabinets and the layout is weird so again, pretty to look at but while living there the kitchen is just dysfunctional unless you go out of your way to get organizational shelves off amazon. But best is the neighbors will take your pakages and emergency maintenance is more like "every emergency is a tomorrow type of job"

The place is really nice but what makes it all better is the management best and nicest people I've met they really make this place be as amazing as it is. All staff is very understanding and friendly it wouldn't be the same without them. Im thankful for everything they've done for us and would definitely recommend the place.

I have noticed that most people only write reviews when they are angry, and since I have lived here for over a year and half, I figured I would give a detailed report of what it is like to live here. Obviously by my 5 star rating you can tell that I am happy to live here, but there is good and bad. I will include both.
Moving in is a breeze, they are great about getting you in quickly one you apply and are approved. I live in the 2 bed 2.5 bath and the layout is amazing. The walls are thick enough where you don't hear your neighbors, unless one of them is banging on their door in the middle

Have only lived here about 3 months! But so far so good. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews, but I think those incidents have only happened a couple times! Parking IS awful, but it's downtown so that's what's to expect. There is a lot of construction in this area, so if that bothers you keep that in mind. To me, construction means expanding so I don't mind it. I had one service request so far, and it was fulfilled within the week I put it in. Maintenance guy was friendly! The inside of the apartments are very nice and up to date. The office ladies inside are very pleasant

Along with many other former residents, I had a terrible experience living at so-called apartment complex otherwise known as Fountainhouse. To begin, I lived at Fountainhouse for a very short period of time. I terminated my lease only a few months after I moved in because of the number of problems I had with the complex violating their very own contract. When I sign a contract, I assume that the other party has actually read the contract that they GAVE ME so that they know what is expected of them throughout residency and because they're putting their signatures on it as well which makes them

I wish I could give zero stars, worst management and terrible place to live. They are no help and do not maintain the place. My apartment almost got broken into and there's suppose to be cameras, again no helped what so ever. The doors to the gates break, no one fixes it and weird people dig through the trash cans and lurk around the parking lots. They have bad communication and are all not on the same page, one will tell you one thing and the other will tell you another then charge you for anything they can. I moved in to a "brand new" never been lived in place and there was glass

New apartments in a great location within an urban environment which is adjacent to Victorian Sq. Excellent walk score, dining, entertainment, RTC Transit Station just steps away from your front door. Because of it's location, it's geared for adults, not children. And as mentioned in other reviews, not in the greatest neighborhood but there are plenty of security cameras throughout the complex covering the parking areas and corridors. Parking is very limited, you will have to park on the street or take your chances in the adjacent parking lot if you own multiple vehicles. Area is

Wonderful new Apartments. My room is clean and does not feel small at all. I don't have good view but if you are on the buildings to the west it's breathtaking. Right in the middle of Victorian square with bunch of cool bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Has pool and 24hr fitness room. Nice people at the office.
