So the property is nice, however during the process to get the apartment the management team switched the 150$ deposit to an administrator fee after it had been paid and required more of a deposit. Again after it had been paid including the application fee.
They then waited until two days before the scheduled move in date, three weeks after the application to call my prior landlord who notified me since they had been expecting the call weeks prior. Requesting normal information however requiring it in an email. However the property management team failed to properly take down his email and were

Just wanted to say thank you to Casey Berry for making the leasing experience so easy and comfortable. I'm new to the area, and have visited countless places, looking for an apartment. During that process, I dealt with many property managers, and at times, the experience was tedious and tiresome. Casey was by far the best person I worked with. He was extremely responsive, he always answered my questions directly, and through his actions, he influenced my decision to select this community. I've never looked back at this decision. I have so much to say, too much. So, I'm just going to summarize and say that Casey has been just fantastic to work with. Due to unforeseen circumstances (thank you Fedex), I had to start my lease 6 days early, from 100 miles away. What should have occurred over the course of a week, got done in 3 hours. Casey was helpful, provided solutions, and had a great attitude! He didn't make me feel like I was putting him out at all (but I know how much work he was doing for me).
I haven't moved it yet, but I am SO excited about my view and this complex, and now the staff. I will update my review if anything

An honest opinion after a year: its just another apartment. You have your loud neighbors, your neighbors who smoke weed on their balcony and it wafts into your apartment, sketchy neighbors, and your nice ones. But you'll still get letters or emails about changes and notices that you're doing something wrong. They were quick to slap a fine on for something that didn't happen and slow to take it off the account when I raised hell. The "lifestyle" you're paying for is eh. If you're a homebody who enjoys events at 4 in the afternoon it's perfect. But for those who work and go outside for adventures

This Place is awesome! Beautiful views, beautiful apartments and the location cant be beat! With near by shopping, movie theater and walking trails, love, love love this place!! The staff is awesome! The best I’ve ever come across in the rental industry! Quick to respond to concerns and the manager Amanda very professional, polite and knowledgeable ....thank you Amanda!!
