I haven't even been checked in yet and this is a reservation from HELL. I booked 3rd party which has nothing to do with customer service given this far. When booking I was given an option to give my arrival time, this made sooo sense since I was driving. 8-9am time slot. Ok no rooms are available I have to wait. The debate w/front desk was over the top. Why is the clerk upset cutting me off and have an attitude at my inconvenience. Not to mention I have my 9 yr old daughter with me doing rounds at public restrooms 🤬😡😤 It's Dec 23rd

Beside the 20$ parking fee- The room was nice an spacious. Shower door was missing I believe. They have a 100$ fee upon arrival for deposit an The down fall was that I have Chime a mobile bank an was denied use of my debit card because “they didn’t accept Chime? I honestly haven’t been denied the use of my chime card! Like what if that was my only use of payment an I had already paid through booking.com ?! Honestly that was very unprofessional! Receptionist didn’t even try to use the card. An didn’t give an explanation on why they didn’t accept Chime?!

I would like to provide a carbon copy of my Hotels.com review (as I have nothing further to say):
"Overall, the stay was great - location is very convenient; property is in great progress of becoming a fabulous hotel. Here's a specific breakdown:
• Check-in was delayed, due to my room not being cleaned. However, they were very polite and made it right, by offering a small upgrade (was not expecting it at all!) - I understand staffing is an issue everywhere.
• While I was waiting in the lobby, a gentleman [from the streets] in need of help and sanitary resources was lingering

The pictures from their website clearly do not reflect the current state of the rooms. We stayed in the family suite room.
The main bathroom had a wet rag that was just left in the sink. I didn't want to touch it but your front desk person said to throw it away.
We then noticed that the living room's mustard colored couch had huge stains and could not be used. The front desk's solution was to give me towels to cover it and said that they would see about replacing it. Never did.
The kitchen ceiling and walls had liquid stains. The walls had streaks of some liquid all throughout the room. Disgusting

First of all the price was reasonable and it’s close to the Hollywood walk of frame! My kids love the pool there. But our first experience wasn’t great, we were ready to check in at 3pm from our 5 hrs drive and when we went to our room someone else was there! They gave it to another guest who wanted to switch rooms. The front lady said come back later and they will give us another room. We went to kill time at lil Japan town and rush back in traffic to come check in. Room still wasn’t ready and clean. So we left to walk of frame. Lady at desk call and said it’s ready. This hotel followed all of the necessary procedures to ensure their guests' safety. They made certain that we all had a safe and pleasant place to stay. I was impressed by how accommodating the staff is. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Strongly recommended!
