Trying really hard not to be negative, but how do you do that when it’s been so hard to even communicate with anyone that seems to care, I’m curious if anyone else feels they have been ignored, and the moment it comes to renewal seems this yr no one can communicate back with us on this important matter we are simply asking kindly to review the matters of what’s been going on and we as paying tenants deserve to be heard on matters as important like rents going up so much during this pandemic,

I have been here for 2 years now I think. The management and maintenance have always been wonderful and helpful. My mom recently passed and they have gone above and beyond to help me in transitioning to another unit and in helping me get information I needed to complete paperwork. They truly care about their tenants. Michael and May in the office are absolutely wonderful. There's another young lady in the office who also helped but I cannot remember her name...but that doesn't take away from how helpful they have all been. And JR the maintenance guy is amazing as well. Kind, caring and always saying

Just recently moved in with my family. Smooth transition.issues that are minor, they easily find ways to fix it. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating and helpful in a lot of ways. Great location as I can take the highway right away to get to work or other location. Raquel, Michael and Kerry are amazing on helping us out with the process of moving in and ensuring we are good. First day of moving in, is memorable as we felt welcomed and they assist us all through out. Thank you mallard pointe team!

I just want to say that Joyce is by far the best property manger I’ve ever met. She’s on time, hard working and she makes things happen when no one else can. She was the property manager of another property which is how I first met her. I now live in this community where she’s the property manager and she has done everything in her power to ensure I had a smooth transition and settling into my new place. She was kind, thoughtful and she went above and beyond to make it possible for me to be here. Thank You Joyce for all your hard work and support. I’m going to miss you and I wish you well
