All I have to say, is don't waste your money on this INN. Needs to be upgraded and remodeled. Old can only get so clean! So gross especially with Covid! Our dog was cleaner than this Inn.
I was not able to respond to your reply so I edited my comment and added my response here. I just wanted to make clear, the cleanliness was not housekeeping's fault. They cleaned as best as they could under the conditions that the room was. As I left a more detailed review on your website, I added that this is management's problem with the Inn being so old! Old can only get so clean! Your pictures are deceiving

The staff here are very nice and as helpful as can be. The rooms are ... meh, but probably normal for this price point. We had a big problem with my elderly mom and a vile "disability accessible" room, but they moved us for the second night, and refunded us for the first night, so that was very appreciated. Two things to know: 1) Thin walls, making the stay pretty loud. 2) Hardest mattresses I've ever slept on -- like a sheet of plywood. So ... five stars for the staff, 2 stars for the room ... settling on 3 for the overall.

This place is not good and definitely two stars. Had to stay here with a last minute booking on road trip. We were so bummed that the coffee machine was broken and there was not hot water. Not a good way to start a day of driving. There were stains on the sheets and the place was rough. Skip it if you can.

The room is a room. No frills at all. The bed was okay. But it was what we needed. We only wanted a place close to town and sleep and it is what we got. I wish the tv was a bit bigger and the guide button on the remote worked. The bathroom was fine. The water pressure was a bit weak but not the worst I have ever had. I would stay here again if I needed a place to just sleep but if another place was a bit more, I'd probably choose another hotel.

I doubt housekeeping even cleaned our room. I emailed management detailing our experience with pictures and did not receive a single response. So I figured I would post my experience here, since they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. There was white dust (possibly drywall?) all over the coffee maker, there was a puddle of dried blue liquid on the sink counter, the toilet obviously wasn't cleaned because you could see dribbles of urine on the edge of it, the handle of the toilet was obviously not cleaned, and there were several dark hairs on our towels. To top it off, the remote worked

Took the pics without enough light, so sorry about that, but this place is a find for something with such reasonable rates. Spacious rooms, fridge and micro, good tv, in room coffee, and comfortable bed. Seemed perfectly clean to me. Sure, it's not the newest kid on the block, but for these prices there really is nothing to complain about. Service was friendly too.

Unlike what a few others have said ("Don't believe the low ratings") BELIEVE THE LOW RATINGS!!! COULDN'T BE MORE TRUE!

Checked in to put laptop/valuables in room so I could go spend the day and evening with my new Cal Poly student. Returned in the evening (10p) to get a good night sleep. Aside from dirty floors (grit and dirt that turned feet black, two smashed Advils on floor of wash area, two bandages - one bloody on the bathroom sill, long black hair on toilet top, grossly stained hand towels) I went to pull down the covers and get into bed and there were COUNTLESS HAIRS

Don't believe the low ratings! The staff is extremely genuine & helpful. I think that "ALMA" helped me. She was super sweet, especially when I left my toiletries & makeup bag there & drove back up to San Francisco. They work with a company called ileftmystuff.com. if you left something, call them back & they will send you a link to the claim, then you just pay a reasonable fee & presto! You get your stuff delivered to your door. Plus the rooms are definitely retro, but in a surprising strangely cool way. Nice huge pool with large towels at the pool for you

Idk how to rate this, the person during checking was super nice. She kept in touch with me all day since we where arriving late due to unexpected traffic. The room needs some work the only good thing about it was the big wall mirror in my room and there were two sinks one inside the bathroom and the vanity one. The towels and sheets were stained, I travel with a toddler so I always carry his pillow case, blanket and towel (floors were dirty too and our curtain wouldn't stay closed but we fix it with a hair clip) We needed a resting stop and that is what we got, so if you need one night stay it

You get what you pay for. We could have spent $60 more per night but decided to save money. The hotel had everything we needed -- 2 beds and a bathroom and very close to campus. However, the place definitely felt a bit dumpy -- like they don't put any money back into the rooms to make improvements If you don't care about that, I'd recommend this hotel

Worst place I have ever stayed in! The floors were dirty and so were the towels. The service was terrible, they didn't even care about helping you out at all. There are boards on the upstairs level that look like it could break anytime you walk on them. There was also some wacko guy on drugs right by the spa/pool and he kept yelling how he needed his coffee. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Created a Yelp account specifically so I could trash this motel. I stayed here a couple years ago and don't remember it being a bad experience. But I just stayed here again and it was awful and overpriced. Based on the other reviews, I'm assuming that in the last year that either the management changed or COVID had a big impact.

It is clear they are cutting back on the cleaning services. The "new" towels in our room were stained. The floors probably hadn't been cleaned in a year, my feet turned black. The curtains were destroyed?! It's so easy to replace curtains

While the outside of the hotel looks okay, the rooms are more like motel rooms. The rooms are so outdated and in desperate need of some repairs and just basic maintenance. The smoke detector was hanging by a single wire off the ceiling. The freezer in the mini fridge had a huge amount of ice buildup that we couldn’t even put a small pint of ice cream in it. It’s kind of embarrassing that their rates are pretty close to those of La Quinta, for example, and there is a huge difference between the two. The chairs in the room were so wobbly that we were afraid to use them as we thought the legs

This hotel is horrible. Towels are stained and filthy, furnishing is old and damaged, mirror is broken, and outside esthetics are extremely dated.

If I could score this hotel zero stars i would.

The hotel charged $211 for one night. This property reminds me of a motel 6. Please do not waste ur time or money staying here. The We were placed on the ground floor and heard people talking throughout the night and constantly walking up and down the staircase. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe in these surroundings.

Horrible ! Stayed one night for a business trip so I could shower and My shower didn't work. They tried to fix it and couldn't then after calling the manager, They said I can use a room down the hall to shower( very inconvenient), but get this "I have to be out within the hour because of checkout". ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Manager ended up giving me 20% off which was a slap in the face because my whole trip was ruined and money down the drain. My business partners and I will make sure never to stay here.

This is not a five star hotel in the traditional sense. It is a five star value. I thought for what I paid, that I got a great place to stay. The hot tub and pool were really nice after a long day. The television channel would not change, but who really cares about TV when you are traveling? It's just a distraction. Free wifi is offered. The staff is great. The bed was fine: not the best, but comfortable. Also, the neighborhood feels very safe, and plenty of great dining close by.

Stay here only if you have to. We stayed in one of the suites above the parking garage and overlooking pool, and it had a king bed and pull out couch. The room seemed clean but a little shabby. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable (bring an inflatable bed instead).

My main complaint are the thin walls...I mean PAPER THIN. Also it seems like maybe the beds in each room share a wall which compounds the problem. Our family heard WAY too much of our neighbor's business...including the headboard banging our wall. Super awkward 30 minutes with our 2 young teenagers.

Also, I have to agree

This place is disgusting. Sheets had stains, shower is completely infested with bugs. I contacted the front desk, they sent someone to look at it and when I asked them to refund the night they outright refused. Absolutely blows my mind that you can run a place like this and not consider a big infestation a good enough reason for a refund. I absolutely am not staying here, even though I'm being charged for it anyway. Best they could do was move me to another room, which is likely just as gross and full of bugs as this one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
