Inn At San Luis Obispo

Our flight was diverted unexpectedly. It was after 9 pm . we received vouchers for a hotel but transportation was not available in the area. After finding a way to the hotel. The lady that checked us in and a friend of hers shuttled all of us back to the airport at 5 in the morning. Thank you !

The pictures on the site are deceiving. My room #111 was dusty with cob webs on the ceiling. Floor was not vacuumed. Sheets were old. Bed was so soft because of an old mattress. No quality control.

Mostly a good stay. Our bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the room I received was not very comfortable. AC didn't work so we were miserable, when we arrived we went to wash our hands an no towels anywhere, after calling down to office they were very irritated to be bothered and reluctantly brought us some. To bad just not the best stay for us.

It was the worst experience I ever had. It was dirty, the sheets and blanket were not washed it was disgusting. The walls and bathroom were dirty. It had bugs in the room. Will not recommend to anyone.

First, the pictures shown are either outdated or incredibly manipulated. Here are the facts.
1. Paid $360 for one night via Hotel.com because of CalPoly graduation weekend. Normal price is one-third of this.
2. Room had no shampoo condition, drak. Bathroom was open to room with AC as part of where mirror would be. Shower door did not more than half way since it hit towel bar.
3. When asked for extra soap and towels (only 1 bar) I was offered a sample size bodywash
4. I never received a statement from the Hotel with the total charge. I tried at 730 am in the morning. Office locked, had doorbell

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service… we had to check -in super late as we had been traveling all day- we called the hotel to notify them ahead of time- when we arrived we were called out for being late - then we asked for a late check-out as we had been driving all day- they harassed us to leave the room multiple times even though we were ready to leave and would not allow us to use the pool after check-out even though we paid $300 for less than 24 hours… after we checked out we wanted to quietly enjoy our coffee by the pool and they threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. Chris is a rock star. This is an amazingly clean and nice hotel. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel like a valued customer.
I had a room at the Motel across the street and it was filthy. Smelly and disgusting.
I recieved excellent customer service and the room was very nice.

There was no blankets in the room upon arrival. i went the front for pool towels 10 minutes before 9. Got my family in the hot tub and it turned off at 9. Why not tell us it was closing an hour early on a Saturday night? And the water wasnt heated enough as it was to begin with. Won't be staying again
