Services
In Switzerland beef is dried in the crystal air high in the alps, then sliced paper thin and served with prosciutto ham, pickles, tomatoes, bread and butter. A specially imported Swiss cheese, melted to perfection, served with potatoes, pickles and pearl onions. Golden cake of Dungeness crab meat served with a sauce remoulade and mixed winter greens topped with toasted walnuts and crumbled bleu cheese.
Whatever your event or celebration, we are here to make your special day a truly memorable one. Guests can meet Chef Adolph during the course of their meals. Adolph's is more than happy to host large groups. We do not book the bar area. We leave this open for walk-in guests to ensure that we always offer some tables for those who have not booked.
After many years in the kitchen and culinary training, Adolph founded the first and now oldest fine-dining restaurant in Park City, Utah - his namesake, Adolph's Restaurant. Each plate is treated like a work of art. The dining room reflects Adolph's love of photography as well with many friends and family adorning the atmosphere with his love for life and the people he shares it with.

If you like meat, OK.
If you are looking for true Swiss dishes, run away!
We are Swiss and have never been such disappointed by the no-taste of the cheese fondue.
The owner didn’t either apologize or tried to understand who we didn’t like it.
Such a pity. Nothing to do with the kindness and the high level of services of the Park City people.

Lucky enough to get a last minute reservation and glad we did! Started with the escargot, which was fresh and very tasty (and they brought fresh bread to soak up that wonderful garlic butter). The cheese fondue for two brought back memories of living in Switzerland. It was served with boiled potatoes, apples, and lots of bread. A small salad was served before the fondue. The New Zealand Sauvignon blanc paired well with everything. I would love to come back to try the beef/veal, elk/venison, or rack of lamb dishes.

This restaurant has much history in this area. Having been a local to the Park City area for nearly 40 years I have become quite familiar with Adolph’s which was here in the area even before me (though at another location on the Park City Golf Course).
The restaurant is quaint with with a little flavor of its past the ski history of the town and Adolph himself who is featured with many celebrities in pictures throughout the dining room.
The menu changes or is at least freshened with the seasons and offers. The menu and atmosphere are ‘old school’, but a nice change from the more modern

This place is quality. Locals spot, mostly older crowd. Incredibly genuine. Original. I had the escargot and the lamb and it was as good as I've ever had. This place is not fancy and is very affordable for park city. Think your local Italian restaurant except European. The waitress, who had worked here for 30 years, was very attentive. I would definitely come back.

I lived in Switzerland for 6 years and the Adolph's fondue is better than some I had over there. Really good price considering you are served a salad, bread, potatos and apples with your fondue.
Being italian I appreciate also the bread and butter served at the beginning of the meal. First restaurant I found that have this courtesy in the USA. Also friendly staff!
I will be back for sure!!

We loved this place. Adolph is the man! Snitzchel, raclette, trout were all great. Fine dining menu, but casual attire was acceptable. Adolph was extremely personable. Wait staff was very helpful. We arrived right before the kitchen was closing after a long day of skiing and it was no problem. We appreciate the hospitality. Adolph even took pictures with us.
