This is my second time staying here and I really love the hotel. It's inexpensive and feels clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff were friendly. Everything I like in a hotel. I'll def be staying here. It's a swanky older hotel but it has charm and the location is perfect. Lots of food and cafés withing walking distance. I highly reccomend staying here.... we came down from Bellingham to see My Fair Lady at the Paramount theater and got all the way down here and upon check in were informed that the play was cancelled. That was yhe only bummer but not the hotels fault.

Had a terrible experience today at the hotel. I showed up just after 5pm to check in. The place isn't easy to get to. Sign out front said pull up for valet and check in at front desk. While checking in I am told they have no more valet spots open, and any parking lot near is completely full. I asked them where I was expected to leave my vehicle? The guy at the front desk told me I should have gotten in earlier. I explained that if they couldn't accommodate me and my vehicle as advertised during the booking process, I would need a refund. He refused, stating they emailed me saying valet was first

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the majority of the city. The restaurant downstairs was closed which was a slight disappointment but the hotel room was very nice and clean. One downside is the hotel is 11 floors so you’re basically staring at other buildings and don’t have good views of the city while having the same relative costs as larger/taller hotels. Enjoyed our stay but would probably pick a different hotel next time.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel! It is very close to the airport, and breakfast was very enjoyable. The staff are very nice to me. I had a fever during my stay and was not allowed to get on an airplane. On the next day, my temperature dropped. The staff (I think she was a manager) was kind enough to let me stay in my room to rest until my night flight's boarding time. I felt extremely touched and I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends in the future.

Our experience with this hotel has been 5 stars + since we first called and asked for info.
The staff is out of this world, both kind and professional on the phone and in person(especially the night crew). They made us feel welcome and have been extremely helpful with anything we needed or asked.
The hotel is very nice, clean, and in a great location. We have felt safe both physically and healthwise.
We received an email right after we booked, asking questions to make our stay more comfortable and personalized for us.
We will most definitely stay here again when we make it back to Seattle.

My husband and I stayed at The Paramount Hotel in downtown Seattle the second week of August for 4 nights and it was amazing. The location was perfect, the bed was so comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our time in Seattle was a great time. We used public trans the entire stay, so when we flew out on a red-eye they held on to our bags until we left so we didn't have to go back and forth to the airport and could enjoy our last day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing or traveling on business to Seattle.
