After doing an exhaustive search for an inspector, I found Chris and so glad I did. He was professional, on time and did a thorough job. He checked everything from the rooftop to the sump pump in the basement and every plug in between. I was given a report when promised and he explained everything he was putting in the report. He was extremely patient and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend Inspector Chris.

If I could give zero stars I would. Inspector Chris came to the home my mother in law is selling and the report showed two things. The house has mold and that Inspector Chris strongly believes the tile on the basement floor has asbestos. We all doubted that Inspector Chris really knew what he's was talking about but the next step had to be taken to sell the house. Just over $300 and a few days after a remediation company did real mold inspection and took tile samples nothing was found. Sorry but if Inspector Chris is make mistakes as big as these, what else is he messing up.

Chris was easy to communicate with from the start. He set up a time with me within 48 hrs of initial contact. He arranged gaining access to the home, and arrived before we did. He was very easy to talk to, kept things light and informative. I met Chris through a networking group that I belong to. I attended a presentation he did on Home Electrical Systems and have attended two other presentations on plumbing and construction issue. As a degreed electrical engineer, I was impressed with his credentials (ASHI Certified) and his in depth knowledge of the subject matter including applicable state codes that apply to these issues.
