Depending on the size & condition of the structure, my home inspections on average take between 3 and 4 hours to complete. The Inspection I perform for you will consist of inspecting, on average, more than 120 different inspection points. Although, many of my clients are from out of state & I have performed inspections for clients outside the country.
You and Your Realtor Will Receive an Electronic Copy of The Report the Same Day as The Inspection. I use the Home Inspection Industries leading software to produce the most complete & comprehensive Inspection Report available in the Industry today. I won't give you a carbon copy of a report or a report with check marks and a grading system that can be confusing & misleading.
Mr. Leonard, As you now know I own a investment company in Chicago, We have had dealings with many inspectors through-out the mid-west. The inspection you performed and the report you delivered was hands down the best I had ever had. Our current plan calls to purchase up to 10 more properties in the Oxford area this year.
You need a home inspector. When you hire a home inspector, you are hiring an experienced professional who has training and experience in the building industry. It is the job of the home inspector to not only evaluate the condition of the house's major systems and structural integrity, but also to evaluate how these systems are working together and identify areas that need to be watched, repaired or replaced.

Highly recommend this company for your home inspection. Kevin Leonard was outstanding and very professional. For being a first time home buyer he was able to point out everything that I was unsure about. He was on time and conducted the inspection in a timely manner. Any question I had Kevin was able to answer immediately. 10/10 service and I if could rate above that I would!

We had a great inspection and a very fun time with Kevin, he is kind and wonderful, expert in his work and know what he is doing. He educate me on each and everything. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of unanswered question which Kevin explained to me nicely and friendly, he wrote a brief remote which helped us negotiate the price very well. This is officially the second review I've ever written for anything, and for good reason. Kevin was OUTSTANDING to work with during the home inspection of our first home purchase. Being our first home, we are pure novices when it comes to what we should be looking for in a home inspection. Kevin did an awesome job! Inspection report was super thorough. I couldn't make it out to the inspection, but Kevin reached out by phone (and was available for subsequent calls) to go over the entire report. He's extremely knowledgeable about codes, things to watch out for, and was truly my advocate in ensuring I knew what I was getting into with the property. He was also very accommodating in working with tight timelines. I would definitely recommend him for your home inspection needs!

We are very happy with our home inspection experience with Kevin! He was thorough, and we appreciated the time that he took to explain different features in our house. As first time home buyers, it was very useful to go through every nook and cranny (indoors and out) and have the important features and maintenance needs pointed out to us. I think it's also important to mention that we had our inspection done on our newly built house, and Kevin uncovered several issues which the builder corrected before we moved in. My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home, and Kevin was awesome during our inspection.
