I really liked using AA Home Inspection for my most recent home inspection. They were recommended to me from a good friend. David Baumann did the inspection, and he was very thorough. He also went over everything with me which was super helpful. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to make the appointment. I called the number because I tried to make a Saturday appointment, but they didn't have anything available (I was calling late on a Thursday) but they were able to schedule one on that Monday. I wasn't on hold or anything when I called, the scheduling was easy over the phone

Justin performed my home inspection. He was extremely kind and professional and explained the issues he saw when I visited during the inspection. The turn around for the full report was fast and thorough, I received it in my email the next morning. I paid for a sewer line inspection however it could not be performed. When I got to the inspection Justin had already called the office to start the refund process on that part for me. It was nice that it was already taken care of. The office was also knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend AA Home Inspection and I would use them again.

As first time homebuyers, we were nervous to step through the inspection process. AA Home Inspection made sure we understood what our options were and talked us through the process. Nick was our home inspector and he spent several hours with us going through the home and answering all of our questions. I cannot express how much we appreciate Nick's time and expertise!! He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We had our inspection report with notes and pictures within a few hours of Nick's visit. I was very happy with the amount of time the inspector spent both going through the home and also explaining the various details of what was found. The online process to schedule and pay for the inspection was also a very nice benefit because I was able to select a date/time that was within a 36 hours of my inquiry. The company reached out to me very quickly to confirm the order and I was able to pay with a card over the phone, so I didn’t have to worry about that at the time of the inspection. Overall, very pleased with the inspector, the support staff, and service received. They were responsive

My inspector Justin took the time to explain all of his findings in an easy to understand way and was far more thorough in his report than I could have imagined. From the moment I chose AA Home Inspections I was delighted with how professionally they took on their responsibilities. The payment process was simple, accessible and secure. My wife and I are moving in to our first home, and AA Home Inspection was suggested by our realtor. When setting things up, they were responding to reserve a time even as I was still finishing the sign up form, which was good because we had a quick turnaround. Then during the inspection, the inspector (Darrin) was gracious in having us there the whole time, explaining to us things as he was seeing them and also additional home-keeping things that will be helpful for us keeping our first home in good condition for ourselves and the next owners. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone buying
