Nate easily exceeded every expectation we had for the home inspection process. As first time home buyers, there were many parts of this process that were confusing and difficult - however, our inspection wasn’t one of them. Nate was extremely thorough and explained things to us simply. He helped us to prioritize things for the seller to repair prior to closing, and even followed up with us after these repairs to ensure they were done properly. He is generous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I want to buy another home, just so that I can work with him again!

Always quick to respond with thorough , professional & detailed results . Nate will always be my 1st & only choice for home inspections . He takes the time to explain concerns & answer questions . Nate is amazing! He was able to fit us in very quickly, and he took the time to explain everything he was finding, what our options would be for fixing them, etc. He also pointed out several things that weren't a problem yet, but that would need attention within the next few years. He was incredibly thorough - the seller did their own pre-inspection, and Nate found several items that the seller's inspector missed. Seeing how meticulous he was definitely eased our minds about buying our very first house - and a 93 year old one at that! We can't recommend him highly enough. 💜
