I bought a foreclosure in Independence that was in much need of repair. I know how to do some repairs but nothing to in-depth, so I called NKI. Rob, the same gentlemen that inspected my father's property, came to inspect mine. He was very knowledgeable and even though I don't think you're suppose to, I followed him around asking question after question.

We just had a home we were interested in buying inspected by NKI. We read tons of reviews before selecting them as we have been let down by lax inspectors on previous homes. Chris was so great and took lots of time to walk around the house and explain things to us. He listened to our own concerns and told us what he thought with no sugar-coating. We didn't get to meet Rob but he was very responsive on the phone and scheduled us right away. The inspection report was very, very thorough and Chris got it to us same-day.
We ended up terminating the contract with the seller because of NKI's inspection

My family has purchasing commercial property for over a decade. We have used multiple inspections throughout the year and I came across their add when I needed a potential apartment complex we was wanting purchase inspected. In the beginning I thought they were pretty pricy for my price range but In the end he ended up saving us 10 times the investment! They even went down the drains and let us know about the damage under the parking lot.
