Jeff has been inspecting homes for 18 years. He has also been installing radon reduction systems for 17 years. Services
Archway Home Inspections, L.L.C. provides radon screening measurements using the Femto-Tech's CRM-510, an EPA approved testing device. The Femto-Tech CRM-510 measures radon concentrations, along with temperature, barometric pressure, and relative humidity. All this information is recorded in hourly averages during a testing period.
A home inspection is a professional, objective, visual examination of the condition of a home. Home buyers now entering the marketplace view inspections as a way to gain valuable information about the biggest purchase of their lifetime. It helps them to determine whether there are any major defects or system inadequacies at the time of purchase.

Archway has done 3 home inspections for us. Everytime, they have been incredible. The amount of time, work and effort that they put in really impressed us.The precise, detailed and easy to follow report you get shows that nothing in the house was overlooked. Every aspect of the house is layed out for you with pictures, diagrams and explainations. They even give recommendations and easy to follow instructions to either fix it yourself or get a professional. Whenever anyone we know needs and inspection, we always tell them about Archway.

After a recommendation from our realtor, we followed up and were looking for a quick inspection just before Christmas. Jeff was prompt in responding and went out of his way to get the inspection done in time. He was extremely thorough. He welcomed participation and questions. His report was detailed, thorough and contained a lot of photos. I would recommend him and Archway to anyone.

I was recommended by a co-worker to use Archway Home Inspections, worth every dollar. The price was very affordable and I followed him around the house I was looking to buy. He showed me everything and gave excellent advice as well as amazing estimates for repair cost. The report was detailed down to even the very minor details with the pictures to go along with it. Jeff was very detailed in the inspection. He pointed out every detail through the house inside and out and provided me with a knowledgeable explanation of everything. I highly recommend Archway Home inspections if you're buying or selling. I'm happy knowing that I paid my money upfront instead of coughing it up later on expensive fixes.
