A lovely place to live in! Our little family has lived here a little over 2 years and it actually feels like home to us. There’s always a good amount of parking for guests and the grounds are always kept nice. Maintenance is very attentive and friendly. They take good care of their residents here. Highly recommend living here!

This complex has been my home for over three years now and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. It’s quiet, gated and most importantly, it’s safe. The exterior was just recently painted and all of the signs around the property are brand new. The pool furniture has been upgraded and they just built an outdoor grill. So amazing. Cristle, the manager, is the heart and soul of this complex. She is constantly trying to coordinate events to bring our community together. She is knowledge, empathetic and so kind. All of the other staff members are attentive and professional.I absolutely love living

I lived here for over 2 years. The management was super nice. The location was convenient. Unfortunately, that was about it. The entire time I lived there, I had to walk through 4-5 inches of water every time it rained, just to leave my apartment. When I asked about plans to fix the walkways, I was told that it wasn't in the budget. Nearly everything in my apartment that needed fixing was "fixed" with caulking. For example, the water damage in the bathroom walls was just caulked over, which fixes nothing. There is very little insulation in the apartments; in the winter, I could feel the cold while

This is a great community. It's quiet but also a good central location for shops and parks. The staff are always friendly and available to help. They've recently increased the number of community events they have which is always fun. You are assigned a parking space and we've almost never had trouble finding a spot for our second car. I highly recommend these Foxborough to anyone interested.

Since my roommate and I have moved in at Foxborough, there’s have been multiple problems. From the two gates malfunctioning a few times throughout the month of August, to the lack of maintenance crew that works here, to the water damage that still has YET to be completely fixed in the master bedroom (see pictures below). UPDATE: I tried posting the pictures of the water damage on here but it doesn’t look like it’s taking.

I have loved living at Foxborough for the last almost 5 years. Its central to pretty much everything. The staff are beyond awesome! The Girls in the office are so on top of taking care of this place it is so ridiculous. Maintenance keeps this place clean and pretty and in working order. Any issue big or small is addressed immediately. Yesterday I mentioned the lights in my ceiling fan were out and today I came home to light bulbs sitting next to my door. The apartments are well designed and have great features like fireplaces, and full size washers and dryer. You can't say that for a lot of places
