Cirby Oaks Apartments

I like the apartment complex and the people who work staff, but i do not like the residents. The residents are very mean, aggressive, rude, accuse you of things, yell at you. There are very few nice people that live here.

I've been living here now for over 6 months.
It's considered smoke free, but you can't really stop people from smoking outside, so yes sometimes if the wind goes the right way I get the smell of smoke.
The facility manager is a nice lady and response to any of my requests or work orders within 24 hours.
Nice neighbors and even if the pool gets busy, it's not as loud as in many other complexes.
It could use a few upgrades, and I know they are working on it (new roof etc) which is the reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5.

One of the worst rental experiences, I broke my lease and ran from this hell hole in 57 days. It was a non smoking building but the lazy manager Lois does not leave her comfy office. I endured cigarette and weed smoke daily, unit was beyond filthy and filthy appliances, ripped lino, blins did not close firprivact cracked batheubandcat hair and fur filled a caccum canister from bedroom and all over. This is my first experience living in an apartment again since I was in my early 20's and I am most pleased with this complex. I've now been here for 1 1/2 years as I chose to move to the area to be close to my children. My apartment is lovely, modern, up to date and the complex is charming with the grassy areas and landscaping. Lois, the manager is a pleasure to deal with and has always responded promptly when I've had a question or needed something. 5 stars all around!
