I give them a 1 due to lack of communication. How I turn information in on time. I wait 1 1/2 weeks to go by and the due date to move in Im denied over income I do not receive on a regular payment? Homeless single mother. The staff did not leave no messages. A cell phone do not have a dial tone it not land line. I wasn't reach by email or even left a voice mail. I have never been treated like this from any apartments. I will be taking this legal because the method on application processing is not right. It hurts to tell your child we do not have a home. I been homeless but making it the best way

Nice office staff, Horrible pest Control time schedules. I have sent a request for treatment for Roaches. was denied treatment or spray for a year. around recertification. Office sent notices for the tennants to relocate.
due to the uncontrollable pest they denied having. sad to say the notice stated the whole, building has a pest issue.
Found Roaches. Bigger then my Thumb on its back in Kitchen, behind couch, on counter tops, on floors , and outside soon after Sun down. littarly every were. Office staff will also charge for Maintenance, blinds, anything they can get away with, to charge a tennant

I used to live in these apartments. I was on a wait list to move back in. I was called 2 weeks ago. Excited i came in with the application fees deposit and the 100$ deposit they said i needed to bring. I asked if we could see the apartment they said it wasnt ready yet but rished me thru my paperwork and took my money i was assured i would be able to see it and make my choice that we havent even gone thru compliance and i had 72 hours to get my refund after it went to compliance so i waited. Well after waiting 1.5 weeks we decide to just go look at the apartment. Fyi if you have kids your neighbors

These Apartments are hardly low income. The process of approval was so painstaking, over the top, and stressful for my wife and I. They decided that we are PROJECTED to make much more money this year, and denied us on that basis. When I inquired about how they came to this conclusion they told me that it's "confidential" information. How can my financial info be confidential to me? The number they projected was nearly triple the reality of our income of last year. Neither my wife or I have received any sort of raises or promotions at our place of employment. I cant believe a so called low income

If I could do negative stars I would. The front desk girls are very rude and abrasive. They lie to try to get away with unlawful activities. They treat their tenants like crap and think they can get away with it because they're in a low income housing property and therefor the tenants don't deserve to be treated with any ounce of respect. During their "inspections" they dictate how a person should have their stuff put away (telling someone where they can or cannot put baking dishes or any other dishes for that matter). They also don't notify their tenants of any dangers

So I will tell the truth about this place because people have right to know. This place is full of mold. I know because I lived here and was told by the state code enforcement and the water inspector in 2011. Apartment 106, and 121, and others moved because of the mold problems. The water inspector told me that three years before I moved there a main water pipe in the ceilings in the living room broke and flooded all the apartments. They also did not get all water out properly. He has inspected a lot of apartments and said a lot of people have moved because they got really sick.

I started looking for a apt. In May 2015. The nice ones were way to expensive & the ones in my price range was in a bad neighborhood or not well maintained. Then I heard about Arborelle & the first time I saw the property I stopped looking. I put my name on the waiting list that day & a month Later I got in. The whole process was a pleasant experience Sara & Taylor property management were amazing! They are both very friendly as well as Professional They went above & beyond for me. My kids and I love our new home. The property is very clean family oriented. Thank u much Sara, Taylor & everyone
