I've been a tenant for almost a year and I really love this place. Amazing staff and great maintenance. Ivan is so good at being quick and efficient and explaining anything that's going on. Krystal is the manager I think, she got my lease stuff figured out and is just a pleasure to talk to. She is fast at responding to emails and I truly appreciate that. I don't really use the amenities, but I have been using the gym it's a pretty decent gym, no complaints. The neighbors are super quiet and everyone is really nice. I do reccomend this place if you want to be walking distance from some food centers

WARNING: SECONDHAND SMOKE EXPOSURE. Current resident here. While this complex is, for the most part, a very nice place to live, their major problem is they allow tenants can smoke inside their apartments and by the structural design, it seeps into neighboring units. My neighbor next door smokes and it seeps through my kitchen. The neighbor above her can smell it through the bathroom vent. It's bad. We didn't know this moving into our units. If you don't ask, management will not tell you. We have complained to management about it. Maintenance, Ivan, really tried his best to seal all the gaps around

I’ve been a tenant here for the past few months and am so impressed with the complex and the management here! First off, Krystal and Brandi are amazing! So friendly yet very professional and helpful. They are quick to reply to and address any questions or needs. Lease signing and move in day went without a glitch during a quarantined pandemic even! The complex is very quiet and kept clean and secure. The apartment itself is updated with a modern look and the layout is perfect. The little dog park is also kept very clean and maintained properly. I love it here and am glad that I found this complex

Trust me you do not want to live here! You can hear everything! When your neighbor above you walks and you can hear what they say very poorly built complex! No privacy! Management here is also crappy! Don’t move here! If I could give less then one star I would

Have lived here with my family for over two years now. Great location close to everything. Great neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery stores and coffee. Close to the i-80. Very quiet, kept clean and landscaped. Safe for kids to play outside but a little small for that. Only complaint would be not much parking. Many residents park their second car on the street.

I have been a tenant of Cobblestone Creek, for over 4 months now.
It is rare that I get so impressed by the management and the actual premises that I write feedback. The place is managed assertively and effectively almost 24-7. From the first day of filling application to today, I have experienced Professionally pleasant and effective management. Speedy response from Amanda as well as the superb Mr. Ivan the maintenance manager and team is commendable and appreciated.
The place is always being cleaned, groomed, painted, sprayed and fixed. And it is very quite with good selection of tenants and

Cobblestone Creek is a great place to live. Amanda Jones and Dominic San Filippo, made my lease of an apartment so simple, easy and transparent, I was amazed. I had visited many apartment complex's and was treated like an inconvenience. that surprised me. When I visited Cobblestone Creek, Amanda and Dominic treated me with dignity and respect. This apartments may seem nice, but I can’t sleep at night because the neighbors are loud or maybe the walls are not built right because you can hear everything from next door. Small pool here like a cheap motel style.. I give 1 star or less if I could there is better apartments for better price then this guys

People new to the area, stay away !!! They prey on your ignorance(Specially Immigrant families !!!). Imagine being charged detailed cleaning and carpet replacement after the following:
a. Charge for cleanup of Curry odor: I was charged for ozone cleanup saying Curry odor can be felt. We were surprised. I had changed multiple apartments and never before this happened. So if you cook curry, be ready to be billed for ozone generator.
b. I was informed that the detailed cleaning expenses will be waived if I had paid for one (which I did, submitted the bill).
What happened? They charged me for detailed
