I know it’s been a while since we have lived here, but it’s still bothering me. After I spend hours cleaning the apartment, only $34 was returned to us of a $500 deposit. It’s sad because we really loved the location of our place! The apartment was old, and we left it better than we found it, plus we paid our rent two weeks in advance. Do yourself a favor, and find another place to live!

Frequent break-ins and no report or clear communication from management. They claim that there is a security patrol that comes at night but I have never seen it and I have been here for over 6 months. There is a homeless camp problem nearby that they fail to keep away. Frequent looters and dumpster divers here. Poor Maintenance, no communication from management. Poor Safety, I have a smoke detector and carbon dioxide detector I reported and hasn't been fixed. I have a toilet that keeps filling with water they have not fixed. Safety and Security Concerns Do not rent here!

I am glad that I recently moved out of this place and was very disappointed. The day before I turned in the keys, I spent hours cleaning the aparment and even shampooed the carpet only to get $50 back of my $500 deposit. They still charged a carpet cleaning fee, paint touch-up fee, etc, all of which are normal wear and tear and should be done by the complex, not me.
There was mold on the ceiling that maintenance was notified about and never repaired. The rent was increased every six months and there were always hidden fees on the utility bill. If you can find another apartment, please do and save

My friend and I almost moved here. The communication issues with management started before we even saw a unit.
When I first came here to see if I could view a unit it was during their lunch hour, however, per the sign on the office door, they were supposed to be back in 10 minutes so I decided to wait. 10 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be back, they weren't. I called and left a voicemail. They didn't return my call so I came back a few days later when I thought they would be back from lunch, and again they weren't back! The sign on their door said they were going to be back 20 mins ago! It

These apartments are a joke. They look good from the outside but after residing here for one year, I quickly learned that they are poorly made and managed. I lived in a "remodeled" unit and while the kitchen and floors "looked" nice, the issues I had with the unit were endless. Laundry and closet doors broke, both bathroom toilets leaked, AC unit dripped all over the floor, window sills constantly had mold due to dampness/single-pane windows, poor insulation, multiple outlets had no power at all, etc. Not to mention that getting maintenance to come look at/fix anything was nearly impossible. The Leasing Staff at The Oaks at Stock Ranch is friendly, professional and inviting. The manager, Nikki is very sweet and takes care of her residents! The premises are clean and quiet. Great central location - very close to great shopping, such as Costco, Kohls and Safeway and even walking distance from a Starbucks and Mr.Pickles! From the location, to the staff to the community as a whole, I would recommend living at The Oaks at Stock Ranch!
