We just left the Village Gardens Apartments and We didn’t want to leave. I fell and have two severe spinal cord injuries. We really loved living there especially when Rebecca became manager. She fixed what was broken and worked really hard to get the right maintenance crew and a good leasing agent. If we could rate higher we would. Rebecca is on time with each tenant!!! We will Miss living there very much. Please know that our Respect is Deep. Thank You 🙏🏼 Christine Casey and Family ✌🏼🙏🏼

I have a friend of mine who live at Village Gardens, and told me about a situation they are going trough financially. Long story short, they are in the eviction process, but they told me about what the office staff has done for them and how much they are trying to help! I don't usually post reviews, but this situation seems to be warranted. I have NEVER heard of a manager of ANY apartment community go to the lengths of trying to help a tenant out such as this one. The compassion is simply...mind blowing. Keep it up Village Gardens!

So, I've lived here 2 different times. Ill start by saying the difference is night and day. I wont say anything negative about the first time. But the last two years I have lived here have been such a good experience. I like my apartment a lot. The biggest thing about this apartment complex is the management and how kind and understanding they are. They have made this place much more enjoyable simply because you can talk to them and they will do everything they can to help you. The one thing I could have complained about would have been the late fees but even those have changed recently and are

Our stay at Village Gardens has been wonderful so far. The people at the front desk have all been welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Our apartment is a comfortable size with nice amenities in good working order and when I asked for a maintenance order on our window within the first week of moving in, it was completed within 48 hours. The rent is nice for all the amenities you get (pool, gym, park, etc.). Everyone I have met so far as neighbors have all been very nice and pleasant. The location is about ten minutes away from everything in the city and there is a bus stop on the street. Overall

My roommate and I moved to CO and chose Village Gardens online. Throughout the process of moving in, setting up payments, and organizing paperwork, the office staff has been extremely helpful, kind, and timely! The maintenance staff (Thomas you rock) is also timely and fixed our screen door and closet doors so quickly. This community is also cozy and very family friendly! We’re thankful we chose to live at Village as CO newcomers.

I've recently moved in with my best friend and I've lived many places all over the East Coast and I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had. Quiet apartment complex, nice area, clean, price just right, balcony is pretty spacious, and the apartments are cozy. Becky, the property manager, has been awesome and anything I've needed help with or fixed, she's been right there to assist or put the order in for maintenance, who is on top of it. Really happy we made this our home.
