Services
CARE Housing is pleased to offer RENTCafe, an online portal where you can easily schedule rent payments. You can also download the mobile app for convenient on-the-go access. You can pay in cash using your Walk In Payment Services (WIPS) Account number at any King Soopers grocery store in Fort Collins, or other national participating retailers.
Summer BBQs: Community events at many of our properties, activities include: food trucks, lemonade stand, face paint, and games. Halloween Party: Pumpkin decorating, trick or treat bag decorating, and Halloween themed snacks. Holiday party: CARE Partners with Neighbor to Neighbor and Toys for Tots to provide an awesome event for residents.

I have had too many bad experiences here to count. It was so bad here I literally tried to commit suicide to get away from this place. They don’t care about you. The name doesn’t follow the definition.
Just a short FYI, they will try to remove your bad comments before responding to them and taking any type of action. Cover it up and sweep it under the rug first when and if possible.
Maybe they can cover up my body when I leave.

The people here are wonderful, welcoming, and friendly. However the management
is unprofessional, unreasonable, and is quick to discriminate a selected few. Personally for me I'm pregnant, about to have my kid soon, had my ESA ( Emotional Support animal) outside. Literally a few steps away from my door and they gave me a notice that says I have only three days to get rid of him, after I was told I would be giving ten. Now I've witnessed other residents here doing the same thing I do, yet I'm always the one getting targeted. They have the most stricked rules to live by, mice infested, and crappy

Care housing just stole 100$ from me. Before they even had a chance to process a background check that I paid for I cancelled my interest in an apartment because I couldn't afford 967$ a month on my own. I'm a single dad and things are hard enough already, but since I wasn't denied by the application process that never had a chance to be done I can't have my 100$ back. If it's your "policy" to steal from hard working people I want nothing to do with you.

No stars!! Beware people! I came into care housing with an affordable price based on my income of their 30%-60%, however after a year they jacked the price up by 600.00. This is stated as the allowable chafa amount. This is not affordable housing. If you rent here you are risking having to face homelessness within time if you can't afford their "affordable" prices that are sky rocketed by their "decision". My neighbors (4) all moved out when they were all given the same amount I was given as well for a three bedroom. Now, they allow several housing codes to go UN enforced such as unsafe dewelling
