Several tenants I know have had thier cars towed and have started parking at sprouts to make sure that they dont have to pay another $250 to get their car back. Also from personal experience it is really difficult to get any sort of maintinence done, I literally had my soap bar in my apartment fall off over a month ago and it still has not been fully fixed. This place treats tenants horribly.

Over priced apartments for sure. We pay $1250 a month for a "renovated" studio that looked great in the photos, not great in real life. The soap holder fell off our shower wall and there is a substantial amount of black mold underneath. They did not show up when they committed to a time to patch up the wall. Extremely cutthroat policy for towing and bikes (they took mine and sold it). I asked what how much it would be to break the lease early and the fee is 4 months rent, so $5000.

We toured before deciding to apply and I made a point of asking if the unit we applied for would look like the updated unit we were shown. It was not. We signed the lease and are now stuck with a shoddy looking apartment.
I made a maintenance request for someone to come look at a broken drain on our patio that had been broken on move-in. Maintenance came and looked at it, said they would order the part, and months later nothing happened. I got a conformation email that it was completed and when I told the management that it

AVOID GOVERNORS PARK! It makes sense that no one stays here after their lease. I have lived here for a year and three months. I recently had an issue where tiles in my shower began to fall off so I made a maintenance request to be safe. In short its been a month and a half and five visits so far, and they ended up destroying my bathroom and leaving it in terrible shape.They have ruined my bathroom and I most likely will not be renewing another year due to how bad of shape it's in now, I can hardly stand being in there.

The office staff is amazing! Taryn was the best tour guide of all of our stops in Fort Collins. The information was well explained, the model home was very clean, and the pool looked so inviting. The manager came out to greet us as well and felt like she really cared about the community. We will be leasing at Governor's Park next year for sure.
