1. When we looked at apartments they had a unit that said it was available in late July. Which was exactly what we wanted. And so we went through the application process, which was non refundable, and was then told move in will be in August, 2 weeks after what was advertised. Which is after when I was going to start my position. I was lucky that I had a flexible start time, but this meant we had to spend time in between apartments and unexpectedly stay with family for a few weeks. This also cost us extra because we had to rent moving vehicles twice.

I've lived here for over a year, and it's been a really nice place to live, close to campus as well as some bus stops, convenience stores and places to eat. The buildings are new so all the appliances are great and everything is really comfortable. Its very high end as well, with features I honestly didn't even know I had, like an in-unit instant water heater and some other things like that. 10/10 would suggest.

I moved in mid August and so far I absolutely love prospect apartments! Whitney helps with any situation right away and is extremely nice. The location is amazing, it takes me less then 10 minutes to get to Eddy hall and the Yates building and not even 5 minutes to get to the biology building. I am also here with my dog; along with a lot of other residents, and there is a huge field in the backyard with a trail that is awesome for dogs. The new maintenance guy is also extremely kind and fast with helping. Haven't really had any internal issues either :) I do with there was guest parking though

New management has been a lot better (as of January 2019).
Apartments are very spacious, quiet, and have great views and lots of light. Build quality seems rushed, I keep finding minor things like the drawer to the stove not properly attached, some of the walls are warped.
Parking is terrible, unless you've secured a spot with a permit. There is no visitor parking, and tow trucks frequent the lot.
Appliances are new but of cheap quality, washing machine has had problems since day one. (I was the first person to lease here since it was built). Management is extremely prompt, and very helpful

Since the new management took over, they made parking no longer an issue. You can have your guests park at the hotel next to the property and also get a pass to park there as well. The girls in the office are very nice and the maintenance does a great job of keep the property clean and looking great. A great place to live and a great new company!!

I typically don't write reviews, as I understand that things happen and companies can sometimes make mistakes. This isn't the case for Prospect Station, and I would caution prospective renters to stay away from this place. During my time there, the complex switched management companies and a few changes were made (nothing too big). Once issue being, if you own a car, you were never guaranteed a spot and would likely have to park several blocks down the road from the complex. When I was a resident here, my car got towed from a parking spot in the middle of the night. They oversold the complex for

The units and location are nice but the customer service is poor. The management forgets to tell you important information, and in general is hard to get into contact with. They do not update their residents on important changes and do not respond to emails. Parking is a joke with only one parking spot assigned to each apartment unit. Everyone will pay a permit fee to share one spot. I recommend passing on these apartments.
