Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
Friendly & responsive personnel. In the 8 months we have been here, I have nothing but praise for the employees here at Ramblewood. From the application process, from half way across the country, to the face to face interactions, we couldn't be more pleased. The ladies in the office are a pleasant group and take any concerns very seriously.

The different layout plans that varies in price. Mine has a fire place. Dishwasher pantry garbage deposal. 1.5 baths two large rooms. The paint is fresh inside and out side. The grass is green the trees are pretty... I am giving 4 stars because I still live here and thus 1st year has been great. So the 1 star left is to see If it gets better. Tell them Colleen c sent you.

After posting a bad review on my other account, management approached me with my dog and screamed loudly to pick up after him next time when he hadn’t even used the bathroom. They were attempting to humiliate me because I have had so many issues with them. I am a licensed veterinary technician going to school to be a veterinarian and this transgression is unforgivable. Absolutely tired of being disrespected. 1. It took them over a month to fix a door; 2. They refused to cancel a payment of mine a few weeks ago saying they were unable to do so despite the bottom of the receipt saying to go to

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all. They surely fail to mention the hot water heater is shared with other apartments meaning your doomed for a cold shower everytime someone flushes a toilet or turns a sink on or the lovely sound of singing pipes at 2 am because your neighbor takes a shower. Also I hope you love painted countertops and bathtubs I mean they even painted the tile.. Which all peels with in the first 2 1/2 months of living here. Or the piece of carpet that's sewed together in a room that doesn't match And let's not forget their hidden fees and poor leasing skills as to how they

Previously lived in these apartments. Wasn't bad at the time until they wanted increase rent by a ridiculous amount. But trying to contact anyone in their office is ridiculous. I've called multiple times in one month just to ask about getting our deposit back. Left several messages and emails but no response! If you need to talk to anyone, you might as well just go to the office and hope someone is actually there

My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment complex because we felt it was the best value for the money. With places going at very expensive rates right now plus utilities Ramblewood was the only place that we could find that offered an apartment plus our utilities. When our lease is up I don't know if we'll be moving or not because I don't think we can find a value like this anywhere else. I would recommend people on budgets or anybody for that matter to rent a place from these people they are very friendly very knowledgeable and very nice.

I've been here for about a month now. The only issue I keep having is that my bathroom is leaking and this will be the third time of reaching out to maintenance to get it fixed. The water is causing mold to grow (and it looks like this is a prior problem) underneath the sink. Also, not really the property management's issue, but people really don't like to clean up after their pets. I did see someone out cleaning the other day, and props to them, because that's a lot of poo.
