First I want to say I've been renting from these apartments for well over two years and I greatly appreciate the price in the value of what I get. The convenience of having the staffing office to be available, Debbie and Susan are super accommodating when you request things of them in their super open to work with you and flexible so I'm grateful to be here. If you looking for somewhere to stay the Polaris area Cedar Trace Apartments should strongly be considered an option.

I lived at Cedar Trace/Slate Hill Apartments for several years. Great apartments in the Polaris area. You get a washer and dryer in the unit which is a big plus. Garages are available to rent. Well maintained and updated. Pet friendly. Debbie & Susan in the office are super friendly and will answer any of your questions. Do not hesitate!!!

*REAL & HONEST review* I wrote a review but idk if I posted it :( BUT, yes this is a real review from a current renter. We’ve been here for over a year now. This is a safe environment if you have children. The women in the office are so nice and has helped us out SO much. We are young renters with a toddler, and they’ve done nothing but made everything so easy for us when we ran into a financial crisis because of covid. We’re really grateful for them because even when stressful situations occur, they are still committed to their jobs and helping you and making sure that you are comfortable

The apartment complex is bare minimum. The walls are paper thin. And the management is an absolute joke. Both women working the front desk are unbelievably bad at their job. They are lazy and straight rude. I gave 2 stars bc they have a very hard working maintenance crew, who is VERY friendly and helpful. Two employees deserve a star each. Everyone else deserved to be fired years ago based on their tenured attitude.

This apartment complex is amazing! I’ve never had such a positive experience from the inside clubhouse staff to the maintenance. They are on top of things and are very considerate to their residents. Tim, the maintenance tech, is so sweet and helpful. He always shows my kids what he’s doing and has them “help”. Debbie and Susan inside are so sweet and helpful! 10/10 Recommend!
