I have been a tenant for one year now and just renewed my lease. This is a very well maintained and absolutely beautiful property.
This is the only apartment complex I have ever seen where the second and third floors are combined into basically a townhouse which I love! I have two spacious patios and beautiful ocean views from both. The second floor patio is covered for rainy days and the third floor patio is open for sunny days and the best views.
The seawall and beach are about 800 feet away and there is even a foot washing station next door to use on the way home from the beach to loose the

After looking at several properties, we decided on Seaside Village. The property is beautiful and literally across the street from the beach. We have a beautiful view from our upstairs balcony. Our apartment has 3 large balconies, with double french doors, it feels like living in a beach side villa! Maria and Catalina are always available for concerns, questions, and work orders are done pronto. We found our slice of paradise.

My spouse and I moved to Galveston in the beginning of May. We searched apartments and townhouses online months prior to our move narrowing our search based on our wants and needs. Seaside Village was in our top 5 list. Once we started communicating with Hannah from the office, Seaside Village quickly became our number one choice. Due to work schedules and the fact that we lived so far away, we were never able to plan a trip down here to tour the complex before our move date. Hannah was beyond helpful with answering all of our questions via email and/or phone calls.
