I have lived here since early this year and I have had to call their office 4 times to get the A/C fixed, and 3 times to have them fix the toilets. While the complex "responds" quickly, they never actually solve the problems. I have resorted to fixing things myself when I can using my own time and my own money, simply because the management seems to think that putting a bandaid on things or ignoring me is the solution. The air-conditioner currently is sitting at 82F despite being set to 75 when its only 85F outside, so looks like I will be calling them for a fifth time since its going to shoot

I really enjoy my new place. My neighbors are friendly, and everyone around me is pretty easy to get alone with. Landscape is beautiful, and it's well kept. If there is any problem in the apartment and/ or unit, maintenance is always there in a timely manner to assist one needs. Thanks for allowing me to be part of the community. Best Regards, Happy Tenant

We’ve lived here for two years now, and have lived in two different units. Both have been kept reasonably clean by previous tenants and were well maintained. We’ve been very pleased with the maintenance staff here and I really like the leasing manager, Kristy. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to. We like that the neighbors are quiet, the management is nice and responsive, and the prices are fairly good. The location is nice too. We have enjoyed our time here.

Horrible place . Never any hot water in the historic building, always broken . AC has broken down 3 times only the wait days to be fixed . The dog park is run down and dangerous for dogs . Requests for fixes are still not done after 10 months of moving in . Front door literally falling apart. Had to pay my own money to rid place of bugs as management refused .Battub still leaks and never fixed. Toilet handle almost falling off. Place has mold and smells since moved in . Never fixed this either . Pool shut down indefinitely. There are no social gatherings as they advertise. Car has been broken into

Apartments look nice, but do not let that deceive you. Huge disappointment. If it rains, like it always does, prepare for puddles throughout your apartment, soaked carpets, and ruined clothes and shoes. And no, they are gonna fix the leaks. Because they don't make enough money off all of the tenants to afford it (complete sarcasm). Pretty nice pool...when its not green. Prepare for it to be closed 80-90% of the year. Mold in your apartment? Oh "it's just dirt", or at least that's what the office assistant had to say about it. Yes, we offer pest control...but it's worthless. They're in the walls

We lived at Parks at Cedar Lawn in a 1/1 historical unit for the past year and absolutely loved it! The floor plan was awesome and at a great price. The new management is very friendly. We had one or two maintenance issues that were fixed quickly. Before moving off the island, my husband and I had lived in multiple apartments/condos on the island and this was by far our favorite place to live.

I have been living here for nearly a year. They changed management about 3 months into my lease and there have been some great changes! The new owners are great, kind, and welcoming! The maintenance employees are fast and typically repair a maintenance request in 24 hours! The apartments are so spacious! I have really enjoyed living here!!

The manager is rude and unprofessional. They allowed the apartment next to mine to remain uninhabitable for months. The tenant had left animal feces all over the floor, the window on the door was broken, a God-awful smell came through the walls of my apartment, dirty cat litter boxes were everywhere, maggots were in old food that had been left in the apartment, and bugs and roaches crawled under the baseboards into my apartment. When I confronted the front office about the situation, they just kept saying “we will clean it.” And literally months went by. Upon my request to leave, due to no

I love living here! Currently here for the medical school and while the Park at Cedar lawn is not the closest option I do say that it's definitely worth the short commute. The atmosphere is friendly, the neighbors are nice, the grounds are kept clean, and the staff seem to genuinely care about you. I've seen some apartment horror stories and being a first time renter I was a bit lost finding an apartment, definitely thankful I found this one!
