My three roommates and I moved in a year ago. At first we were a little nervous because of what we had heard, but we ended up LOVING it! Perfect house for college students, very spread-out, and spacious. We loved how quickly management responded to issues, and the amenities were outstanding. So sad our lease is up and we have moved out, but would definitely recommend to anyone considering moving in. Mrs. Petteway really went out of her way helping up and she's so sweet! :)

They stole OUR security deposit of $1500 by telling us 6 months after we moved out that we did not pay one month of rent so they were holding our deposit. No notices were EVER received NO ONE ever contacted us about a debt NO ONE informed us when paying the next 3 months of rent that a month of rent was missing. NO PROOF has been provided that we did not pay the rent or that rent was never received. THEY ARE THEVIES and have yet to reach out and resolve this issue. Horrible customer service horrible management Horrible front desk people. According to management at the time of our lease the payment
