Piece of garbage complex. INFESTATION OF ROACHES, DIRTY COMMONS, FILTHY POOL, MOLD IN UNIT, WATER LEAKS, ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! MAINTENANCE IS TOO LAZY TO OPEN THE POOL!!! ITS BEEN CLOSED SINCE COVID STARTED. VERY DIRTY LAUNDRY ROOM AND COMMONS. UNSECURE MAILBOXES, ANYONE CAN GET MY MAIL. LAZY MAINTENANCE CREWS AND STAFF! HORRIBLE STAY KEEP LOOKING DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET

When we first moved to Galveston we lived in the Villa Marina Apartments and had a very poor experience. Management was very difficult to reach and was typically unhelpful at best when we were able to reach them. The apartment itself was very dirty and smelled horrible. We also had serious issues with cockroaches and mice (7 mice in 4 months). Maintenance was sent when we requested a work order, but it was always just to put a bandaid over the problem until it arose again. We finished out our 1-year lease and moved to the UTMB student housing down the road and have loved living here for the last

My daughter stayed there for a year while going to school. Couldn't ask for anything better. Safe, quiet, clean, timely repairs, and responsive staff. Misread my contract and didn't alert them of leaving at end of lease early enough, and owed them another month's rent. But they kindly waived the fee and saved me a lot of money. Very thankful and highly recommended.

Roaches and AC leaks all the time. Aftan, threatens evictions every month. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Submit many work orders and they will complete it, without completing the work order. Erin is RUDE! Roaches, roaches, roaches! Mold is growing everywhere! Pool gets cleaned every two months. Keep looking!!!

Roaches, mice and fleas!!! Definitely an infestation going on in these apartments. Treatments happen often but the roaches just come back. On the bright side, maintenance is pretty quick about repairs and coming for the dead mice in a timely manner. When I left there were no longer any mice, but a ton of roaches. I would not recommend living here unless you absolutely have to. Friends that lived in surrounding areas had no such issues, and I only paid about 80 bucks less than they did every month. I would rather pay the extra money and not have to worry about these issues.
