Mold in AC vents, flooded bathrooms, and unsafe living conditions brought on by the apartment complex is what you’ll get when you sign a lease.
First week I was here, my bathroom flooded. They left me with no water over the weekend and no accommodations for me and my pets. The pool is green murky and disgusting every time you turn around. Ladies in the office change weekly and each time, they get more and more attitude.
Had the “manager” in the house to look at the AC Vent for mold growth. I have been going through boxes in my house, and her exact words were “I see we have a housekeeping

I feel very safe living here. Not just because it is gated, but because the people living around me are kind and helpful. I'm much older than my close neighbors and they look out for me. The management is helpful and easy to work with and the maintenance people are kind and try to get it right the first time!

Having never lived in a apartment before, I was a bit nervous moving in to see how well any issues that arose would be handled. I'm happy to say Ive been impressed with their responses. When there was a severe issue with our fridge they were very prompt with replacing it with a brand new one. Anything I've needed to ask for has been met with a quick and courteous response. It's also pet friendly and dog stations are provided.

These apartments are very old and worn down. I had water leak from the ceiling at two different occasions. The first time I had to call the police because no one would answer the emergency phone number. I constantly had cockroaches in my apartment. The car gate would not work a lot of the time, and the washers and dryers would break often as well. The front office was not very helpful when I would call them. Lastly, they would not refund my money after they overcharged me on my last month of rent. I called them at least 10 times over a few months and no one actually did anything to help me because
