Fort Crockett Apartments

My sister lives in this sh*&hole of an apartment. The A/C doesn't even work so they had to rent a HUGE generator that is loud, just outside of her apartment and provide plug in A/C units to each tenant. They don't even cool the apartments that well and cause ALOT of humidity to be inside so there is MOLD on all of the ducts inside. What a DUMP TILMAN FERTITTA! I can't believe you own this place and allow people to live in such SQUALOR! You should be embarrassed and ashamed to own such a piece of SH*&! Oh happy birthday! Maybe you could get the stairs repaired where my sister's apartment is because

Absolute disgrace of an apartment building. It's like nothing has been fixed since the 70's, stairs, paint, appliances, mold. If someone doesn't get diseases from the walls they will probably fall down the rusty broken stairs.
I can't believe I wasted my money here and can't imagine what kind of health issues I am going to have after living in such a mold/roach infested place.
Save your money and protect yourself, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Awesome office staff is always a pleasure to work with. Property is really beautiful inside with stone walls covered in ivy, huge greenspaces, 2 pools, covered parking and the beach is across the street! Fantastic location with huge apartments and really welcoming community of neighbors.

Very old apartments, many problems with leaks from A/C in restroom, rain leaks in the roof, and leaks from pipes in the walls. It took them over six months to fix a problem. I have also noticed the roof is rotting from neglecting the rain leaks. The only time they had concern about rain water leak was when the ceiling collapsed, they have a huge gnat and roach problem, but to their defense most apartments have roach problems.

This place is great. Very attentive staff for any concerns. Safe and they treat everyone with care and kindness.
