I have been with Silver Home Rentals for over 20 years, Margaret Polley is the property manager ever!!! She has never let me down once!!! I love the property that I am at !!!! When ever I need help, Margaret is always there, recently had heater go out, BAM, got a new one put in immediately!!! Great company and do recommend to everyone who needs a home 🏠!!!

Good morning 11/26/2021 I am the Broker of Silver Home Rentals and we have a man who is extremely upset because he did not get the home he wanted to rent. He is putting reviews up that are incorrect and all lies. He has verbally harassed our office staff for three days. I phoned him to ask him to stop but he continued. He was not threatened, he was told we would pursue a police report and lawsuit against him and others. This is a very bad problem with social media in the world today, people can say and do what they want on the computer to hurt other. Let hope that someday they can be stopped. For

I was not gonna leave a review but now after I spoke with a lady on the phone who threatened to sue me if I left a 1 star review, said "good luck with my life" and hung up. Then decided to contact her attorney to send me a cease and desist letter After i sent this email out "Wouldn't it be a priority if I'm the one who is constantly nagging you, sending multiple emails before I even got a response to get the proper info from me when I had no idea? Great job Silver home rentals! 1 star rating from me... Absolutely disgusted. I guess all those nasty reviews were true! Unbelievable..."Just gonna put

Hands down, the best property management company I have ever dealt with. Margaret and team are extremely responsive and professional. I've been in property management myself, and I know just how difficult it is to provide the kind of service we receive from Silver Home Rentals. Dan, the maintenance tech, is extremely helpful, highly competent and super responsive.

She always answered every call with any issue we had with any property we rented from her, she totally always is helpful and patient with any residents needs or comments.

Margaret is a bit scatter brained at times so make sure everything is documented or in email. our AC broke in April and it took a good 3 weeks to get repaired. I was heavily pregnant and got told “it’s not over 100 degrees so it’s not urgent” but when asked what clause states that, couldn’t get any answers. Also had a microwave that went out and that took months to get replaced. We ended up having to buy our own. When we were close to move out, we had people show up to see the house and our lease wasn’t even up yet. No option to pay online and I don’t trust mailing rent checks so

I have rented from Silver Home rentals for over 15 years. I have lived in a few of the homes the one currently I have been for 7 years. I have to say I would never move away. Any time I had something that needed to be fixed I was called back with the same day. They fix the issues right away. Margaret has always followed up to make sure things are fix and working right. I would give a 100 stars if I could. I highly recomend them very friendly and professional.

I have nothing but good words to write about Silver Home Rentals and Margaret. I rented from her for 3 years and I Never had any issues with anything to do with repairs and the house. Margaret was also very understanding when it came to moving out, by allowing me a few extra days to get everything into storage. She never once hesitated to be fair and understanding. She worked with me. I will rent from Silver Home Rentals again.

I've rented from them for 7 years now and I have never had a problem. Margaret has always been quick to help me whenever I need anything. Yeah sometimes some maintenance to my appliances may be delayed but that's not on her, that's on the manufacturing company. Always so friendly and helpful. No complaints to this day!
