After reading the reviews on this company, I Wonder if this is the same company running our apartment building now.
When I first moved in (almost 7 years) there was a lady that would clean the laundry room (she was tenant I believe) but man she kept those two rooms clean like every detail. It was amazing..then they used to have someone come lik once a month so scrub the walkways which helped keep things away (little creatures). Then slowly we all started to see things change..
No one cleans the walkways, no one was cleaning the laundry rooms on a daily basis. Then one day I happen to be home from

It's unfortunate that I can't give this property management firm zero stars. Loren was very rude and hung up on me when I complained about a fire hazard in the building. He continued to insult me by saying that the building was built before I was born, which had nothing to do with the conversation.
ISSUE: The new tenant is parking in the driveway that is suppose to allow the other tenants access to their own apartment. However, one must place all bags, luggage, laundry or any thing carried over head because of the extremely limited space. The only way in and out is to squeeze through

Loren and his staff at SHL Management are the best property management company I have ever worked with. It's hard to come by a responsible and responsive management company in Los Angeles, and this company really has it down.
There was always a handyman available to fix anything that needed fixing. From installing a new shower head for me to replacing light bulbs in the driveway or entryway, everything was taken care of promptly and at our convenience. Loren is responsive to all emails and phone calls - I never felt like I was waiting to hear back from him.
If I keep renting in Los Angeles
