Very un-professional company..only concerned with herself rather than client-tenant relation. We rented a beautiful home for nearly 10 years problem free making this our beloved happy home where we raised our child for many happy years. We only asked “gabrielle” maybe 5 times to have something repaired in 10 years and she wouldnt get on it stating the “owner will get mad at me” if i ask to have something fixed. One time our air conditioner needed a part and since she was in Germany she told us we can wait cuz the weather wasnt too hot. Gabrielle recently told us the owner wanted to sell

We have used Insight Properties to manage our Las Vegas rentals for more that 20 years.
The business was up & down during all those years and some challenging instances had occurred during that time, including court appearances, evictions, and damages to properties by tenants, scheduled & urgent repairs, equipment replacements, etc.
Insight Properties personnel had worked competently on all maintenance issues, as well as collecting the rents and leasing.
